No Broomtree to simply summarise the situation is far from what you actually did, which was to infer that the process that He1 are going through had in some way changed from the original expectation (which it fundamentally hasn't) and that secondly, because He1 have not yet accepted the offer there must be some reason inimical reason for shareholders to be worried about it.

Note well stage 4 of the process:
4: Application to be recommended and accepted for grant - Applicant to be granted letter of offer, license is issued after payments of preparation fee of a license.
Maybe now you will accept that it was your interpretation that was totally wrong, that you were creating FUD where none was necessary - that the offer was always the anticipated response to the original application and that nothing has changed?
But no, I very much doubt that.
