I think those that have suggested that there is still more than enough justification to exercise some degree of caution, balance and patience have been more than justified. I will continue to maintain that stance; when I change that view I will say so. "Stale and crusty" maybe but, so far, totally justified.

You know my view Tanz - we long suffering LTH will eventually reap our reward but those that have spent the last year trying to convince us that it is just around the corner have been proven grossly optimistic (or totally disingenuous). I still think there is a lot to be done before those predictions of an imminent rise above 1p -1.5p are to be realised and yet many here have been urging us for months that we should be buying now for fear of missing out.....

I only wish they had been right and continue to do so but I won't be holding my breath; there will be plenty of time to buy in here and still see a healthy return.

Conversely I have no interest in trading these shares. Had I wanted to I could (some would argue should) have sold at 90+p when I correctly suggested at circa 11:20 that the then 91p Mid price was likely to be the high water mark for the day. I could now have an additional 15% added to my holding, however I have been caught out too many times trying to catch the top and bottom of short term price movements and find that a longer term approach often pays better returns. I simply look to buy more on temporary weakness in sp; I have been buying consistently in recent weeks and months (as cash allows) and have managed to significantly reduce my average sp.

So it seems that give or take the "top" was at about 11.15 today.... so much for the Nasdaq rocket and £1.10 here we come... ;-)

Let's hope we stay BLUE today and look forward to another push tomorrow - it will have to test that 90p level a few times before it stays above it. IF it stays above it.

And I suggest that the reason that "Tanzanian authorities" have not yet responded is because since 2019 when it was first proposed, AEX have no way of demonstrating how they could deliver it.... something of a chicken and egg scenario.

I couldn't agree more BG and largely the reason that I posed the "question"...... I would also argue that the same might also apply to Kiliwani - they haven't even received their invoice monies yet and would question whether they have yet formulated a "plan" to take Kiliwani remediation forward.

I am not saying they haven't but, if so, would like to know what it is if such a thing does exist and what the impact would be in terms of costs and therefore ongoing cash flows or the need for a JV partner and, perhaps the "merging" of Nyuni and Kiliwani licences.

Good news for Ruvuma - less convinced about Nyuni / Kiliwani. What exactly will AEX be presenting on that front? It would be interesting to find out.

For it to have been processed "after Q3" & "while its the wet season" it would have to have been completed in Q3 and ready for processing now! It is now Q4 and we haven't yet even started it! How on earth is that what you predicted? LOL!.
