Would it cause you to cease your baseless assertions about people holding grudges, trading the stock, manipulation of the price to get a lower entry level or any other speculative, unsupported accusations against anyone who has has the effrontery to issue anything but totally hyperbolic, positive posts to the AEX sp case?

Apologies one and all I was wrong the Special Resolution was at the AGM of 2017 (19th May) in which there were a series of votes and one was to give the BoD the right to call General Meetings at 14 days notice (though as someone said below that is working days and with sufficient time to allow for post).

All of that is true StockCheque unless agreed by shareholders via a special resolution at an AGM at which point it can be reduced.

Yes Roger and the shareholders did agree to it at an AGM of some 4/5 years ago, from memory, I believe the de minimus is now 14 days.

They are not mutually exclusive matherdj and let's face it they don't have much else to do....

The only fact related to your list Roger is that the Company have officially stated these items as forthcoming - the items on the list only become "facts" as, when and if they occur. It would be fantastic to believe with any confidence that everything the company says will happen, happens and their suggested timelines met - unfortunately past performance suggests both of those things worthy of considerable doubt.

Though as I have said continuously, I am not in any great hurry; after all what's another year in 13......?

A producer? maybe semantics but surely they would have to be the Operator of a license to be a producer, otherwise surely they are simply a shareholder in the license? But hey, hardly an issue - simply being an income earner would be good a good start in whatever capacity.
