Nearly 200,000 of trades missing from the LSE list.

Yet again the LSE BB missing a load of trades....inexplicable and makes a total nonsense of their numbers. Why do they even bother?

If the "whale" operates in accordance with LSE AIM listing rules they must issue a TR1 within 48 hours of exceeding the notification limit - which I thought was 3% but others have said is 5% and I won't argue.

Just executed two buys of 75,000 @ 13.089p with He1 profits. Hope it bodes well.

Well I cashed in all of my "post Retail offer" shares earlier at 0.965p (5.25m). I have been tempted to buy them back but think I will wait to see that TR1 - if indeed that is what we will get.

A TR1 and Galactica news seem to be the only short term sp catalysts now - Farm-In conversations typically take a while to conclude; particularly if they involve the Tanzanian authorities (which they will).

Now pretty much flat on the day. Maybe the "whale" would have been better waiting?!

Well I bought back in here in December with my PLSR and TRP profits and at 1.40p or thereabouts so more than happy to see the AEX rise this year and now too, the He1 rise.

I would disagree about He1 being years behind AEX - yes, that is true of Tanzania but they are already producing in Colorado and that is not something that AEX can currently claim. He1 managed to avoid AEX's weakness of being 100% invested in one Country.

I hope we see Lorna later do an interview to cover some of this off. I only hope the interviewer asks the pertinent questions.

One interesting point for me is the quote from the Panmure Research note below.

"Water was flowed from both the Karoo interval and basement, with management believing that sampling data showed that concentrations of He are greater in the basement, with an element of dilution to overall results from the Karoo interval fluids".

This presumably means that they can increase the productivity of the well simply by only extracting from the lower . basement, regions? Is that a reasonable and coherent assumption?

headline summary.

Helium One announced a successful flow test at the ITW-1 well at Rukwa in Tanzania. The installation of an Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) saw a boost to flowrates with rates exceeding 16.4kbwpd and average He concentrations of 5.4% - these are ahead of the assumptions from the 2025 CPR and could suggest commercial rates (as part of a wider multi-well development). Helium One will now undertake a farm-out process to secure a partner that will allow for the development of this this sizeable Helium resource. We maintain our TP of 3.2p and reiterate our BUY recommendation.

i am no longer a member of research tree and so cannot access the research and as i am on the way into london cannot rejoin easily. maybe someone here is already a member and can see what this has to say.

A decision only? Maybe not but a signed contract and, separately, a booked spud date would both individually justify an RNS in my view and certainly if issued simultaneously.

Because, for reasons known only to themselves, LSE has failed to capture the UT trade for 7000 shares executed at 16:40.

Indeed LSE has been missing a lot of trades in recent days and weeks; though maybe it always did but it wasn't so apparent with low trade volumes.
