FWIW kread the same could be said of PLSR but look at their sp performance in the last 6 - 7 months (since I bought in). You can make whatever comparisons you like between AEX, He1 and PLSR but, at the end of the day it is the sp performance that matters. Thankfully, all of the above have done well.

You may be correct kread but some of us have been in AEX since the days when Aminex was in very much the same position as Helium 1 Global is now. And what is more He1 have managed to get to "producer" status years sooner than Aminex did. Aminex still (now Kiliwani dormant) have further to go than He1 before they can use that same nametag.

So, thank you but you don't have to tell me what the difference is between them ; I am more than aware of it.

Just arrived home to see this close down 12% - a little disappointed I must confess, having had such a good week with all of my current small cap holdings PLSR, He1, SCLP, that Aminex have let the side down a little.

Ho hum, still very much a good week, sure that next week will be similar and hope that AEX join the party.

It was a 7000 UT trade at 16:40. Way outside of the spread. As you say Botski - Hmm....?

Oh no, you couldn't be more wrong Officecat, I am fully loaded after the placing and then further averaging down in the 0.30's - only once have I had a larger holding and that was after loading up after the 0.25p placing in the low 0.20's.

Today's rise is very encouraging on many levels and I fully expect to see a similar rise to the one we saw after the 0.25p fund raise but that doesn't mean that it is now "in the bag". A similar rise is totally contingent on the ESP outcomes and a funding plan that doesn't significantly undermine shareholder value. I am very optimistic that we will see both of those things but certainly wont be "counting my chickens" quite yet.

Oh and, moreover, "proof " will only happen when the potential is "funded"..... until then, resources cannot realistically be considered reserves.

Perhaps we will shortly see why the MM's were so keen to take stock earlier. Now back up at 12.50 - 13.00p on very little, relative, volumes..... maybe that "short squeeze" spoken about yesterday is about to be realised?! Some large delayed BUYS yet to appear or maybe news incoming - or, ideally, both...?

FWIW MM's are currently offering 12.125p for 100,000 and 11.65 for 500,000 so they seem happy to take stock. Thankfully.

Such share price massage is certainly a common theme prior to a fund raise but, as I have repeatedly suggested, unless all existing shareholders and only existing shareholders are offered shares at this current significant discount to fair value, how is that in shareholders best interests? Surely they have attractive assets that they could use to raise capital in a more efficient manner? The BoD would need to get that sp up into the 20's before any further dilution could be considered in any way optimal.

But hey, just because it is not in shareholders best interests does not mean that it wont happen, of course. Our advisers are strong advocates of "going it alone" - or is that message just for our "audience"?

Nothing particularly new but the BoD do appear to be "banging the drum"..... they are evidently keen to pump the sp.
