U fundraise is most certainly not off the table if only to ensure that the BoD of SCLP have the option of "going it alone" if a suitable and compelling partnership or JV cannot be negotiated. Indeed it would be reckless not to have that fall back option.

I note that the price to BUY shares has been declining since the open despite no obvious large sells - suggest that MM's have got a large sell order to ease out into the market....?

Nothing very new but a great summary.

So the large trades didn't appear until the end of the day 5 x 500k but which way were they? Superficially, at least, they would appear to be Sells and, if so, possibly the reason that the sp didn't rise further today - did the MM's know they were coming? If they were Buys I am surprised the sp didn't move higher - though maybe that'll come tomorrow.

Ultimately somewhat inconsequential in any case, it is the "funding" question that'll determine the direction and scale of any sp movement.

There must be some larger delayed trades holding this back.... very few declared Sells and yet Bid not (officially) moved and the offer falling back.... these ells must surely stop at some point

Being offered 13.55p for anything up to 200,000 shares but only 13.505 for any more - at Interactive Investor. We should see the Bid rise soon unless we see some significant selling into the rise of course.

FWIW and contrary to uxm484's opinion, I DON'T think this news is "in the price" and DO think this will have a significant impact on the share price.

I have been a Member of Research Tree on and off over recent years but not currently and, as I am travelling today, will not be able to sign up immediately. Maybe at the weekend.

As you say EE, it may or may not be by next Thursday, it cannot be discounted but, in any event, both outcomes cannot be far away. It is a brave, or perhaps reckless, "investor" that would be sitting on the side lines biding their time at this point in time.

I am aware that there is a newresearch note out today on SYN from SP Angel. I cannot access it as I am out on the hoof today but, if anyone else has access, it would be good to understand their take on things. Most importantly the pay back to shareholders and how the BoD intend to spend our £14m incoming...
