Helium One Global (AIM: HE1) is pleased to provide an update on the Galactica-Pegasus helium development project in Colorado, USA, following todayβs announcement from joint venture partner Blue Star Helium Limited (ASX: BNL).

β’ First helium gas achieved in December 2025
β’ Operations now focused on stabilising plant throughput
β’ First helium tube trailer onsite and receiving saleable gas
β’ Short-term offtake targeted to deliver early cash flow
β’ Additional well tie-ins and infill drilling planned to support revenue growth in H1 2026
π§ Plant Optimisation Underway
Technical teams are onsite at the Pinon Canyon Plant, optimising processing equipment and stabilising throughput to meet initial offtake requirements. This work is a key step in transitioning the facility into steady-state operations as production scales.
π Commercial Readiness
A recycling container and the first offtake helium tube trailer are now onsite and receiving saleable gas. A standard helium tube trailer (~170 Mscf) represents an estimated gross value of US$59,500βUS$102,000, based on Blue Starβs published metrics.
π Offtake & Growth Strategy
First gas represents a major operational and commercial milestone for the Joint Venture, positioning Galactica as a new domestic supply source for U.S. helium and COβ markets.
Blue Star is pursuing a balanced mix of:
β’ Short-term sales to secure immediate cash flow
β’ Longer-term offtake agreements to deliver stable, predictable revenue
Planning is well advanced for further tie-ins and infill drilling, supporting production and revenue ramp-up through 2026.
