Good news.

Not sure that is quite true John as you can currently sell in quantity at above 0.39p - indeed 1m - 5m at 0.392p. So many of those so called buys could well be sells. However bidding at above 0.39p does indicate that MM's are happy to take stock, so positive in any event.

Well that may be so some appear to remain unconvinced - can buy in size at 10.00p so I suspect there may be some delayed sells yet to be announced. But ho hum, the market is never "normal" over the Xmas period. Let's look forward to the New Year.

What a year!

Markets are, generally, forward looking and with proof of concept now complete the only question is the "upside" and, as McNol has articulated that could be considerable within the next 12 months. Hence even ignoring any contribution from Rukwa over coming weeks and months we should well be looking forward to 0.60p purely on the basis of this RNS and short term Galactica developments.

Gordon, I wouldn't lay 100% of the blame at the door of the BoD - SP Angel deserves most of shareholders opprobrium and disgust. Call themselves "advisers"?! Simply money for old rope - all they care about are their fees, sod the shareholders. Their performance is just beyond the pale

Great timing - hopefully we will now see the sp rise as each and every day gets longer and the hours of sunshine increase.

But OG the debt repayment would not have been necessary in the first bloody place if the BoD hadn't needed £4.5m to fund phase 2....!! Good grief. It was only the leasing that allowed them to use that same capital to repay a debt that was no longer needed. The question is, why was that capital needed in the first place if "phase1" was supposed to have funded "phase 2" without the need for more capital? And, if that capital (£4.5m) had been anticipated all along there was very little commercial justification for the project in the first place - phase1 cost £12.5m for a return, over 5 years, predicted to be only $15m.

But enough is enough.

that totally misses the point McNol which is that the CLN debt issue was only required to fund (in part) a £4.5m capital requirement for Galactica that had never previously been "identified" or articulated. Using part of it to repay the bloody loan is irrelevant, it would not have needed repaying but for the need for £4.5m in the first place.

BB you say maintain that the processing plant was never in scope in the first place - well, maybe, but that was not my understanding. If so

as mentioned earlier that would put the cost of "phase 1" of Galactica at more than the anticipated return over a 5 year period and that was certainly NOT as originally articulated - yes free carry maybe for the "phase2" drill programme but scenario was certainly not what was "sold" to shareholders. Now that we are leasing the plant that reduces the up front cost and improves that eventual ROCE but ho hum.

But hey we are going round in circles - we are where we are and nothing is going to change it.

I am not questioning your maths McNol but I am still asking the same question - the original stated expectation from the 7 well drill programme was that it would fund the subsequent 16 well drill programme AND the construction of the processing plant. What happened and why was the subsequent £4.5m raise necessary? What happened between completion of the first 6/7 wells and the subsequent costs for the 16 well drill programme and construction of processing plant? Cost vastly increased? Income from phase 1 not what was anticipated? Yes, the leasing arrangement "saved" the cost of the processing plant but why was the £4.5m needed in the first place? No-one has yet explained that.

The initial £8m raise plus the subsequent £4.5m put the project cost at £12.5m for an estimated 5 year return of circa $15m...... great ROCE that.

Kashdog, you say "the market is looking for a “cure” not a “better chance”. I would suggest that the market is not to bothered about whether it is the "better chance" or the"cure" but for whichever it is to translate into "cash"..... until then it means very little in terms of valuation and shareholder value.

The original 6/7 well drill programme was originally supposed to fully cover the subsequent 16 well drill programme AND the build and implementation of the processing plant - so what happened there? Why the need for an additional £4.5 million and the disastrous CLN fund raise?

Currently and for some little time not been possible to get a quote to sell more than 50,000 shares...! Whilst you can buy as much as you want for under 1.55p. What sort of bloody market is that?!

McNol that "leasing" decision does NOT cover drilling and rig fees and, more importantly, it simply allowed He1 to avoid the need for completion of the disastrous CLN issue that the BoD needed to cover the associated capital expenditure. So the capital saving has already been realised. I would suggest that there is little to no more saving from future income?

But McNol it goes without saying that before they can get close to those numbers they will need to complete (much of) the anticipated 16 well drill programme and until a long way through that programme there will be no excess income thrown off - it will all need re-investing. So, whilst I would not question your numbers I would ask when you think they might be realised? Not 2026 methinks.....?

" Last week, we reported further positive data from our Phase 2 SCOPE trial with the iSCIB1+ ImmunoBody®, particularly in terms of progression free survival (PFS). Why are we so focused on PFS?

Our active immunotherapy works with checkpoint inhibitors to extend and deepen immune responses of melanoma patients to the checkpoint inhibitors.

PFS reflects how long the disease stays controlled, and duration of response measures how long the response lasts. In contrast, the overall response rate (ORR) measures tumour shrinkage, which may not correlate with survival.

🎯 Let’s think about how our active immunotherapy iSCIB1+ combination with checkpoint inhibitors (CPIs) works. CPIs “release the brakes” to the immune system, while iSCIB1+ “steps on the gas” by extending and deepening the immune responses to CPIs. So, the key value add of this combination therapy is not increasing ORR but enhancing durability and slowing progression, making PFS and duration of response much more relevant markers of success than ORR.

Reflecting this, regulators also increasingly accept PFS as an endpoint for immunotherapies because this maps across to long term survival.
