"4.2 mn of clear-out trades reported from Friday afternoon……" FFS when will it end? It seems we are always swimming against the tide when it comes to the sp.

That trading momentum is maintained for the rest of the day and we close with volumes at 3+m I think we should see the sp tick up quite a bit based on past performance - the bigger question is "will it hold?" - will it stimulate another bunch of sellers? Hopefully they are all out now and it is those with sticky fingers that remain.

I know that the day is yet young but if there had been a leak and a positive one at that there would have been more than 1.3 million shares traded today. The average volume over the last three months has been approx 1.1 million.

I think there will be some delayed BUY trades showing later - despite the tick down this morning the MM's are still offering 1.4275p for 200,000, 1,000,000 and 1.40p for 2,000,000 but I can't get a price for anything bigger (through II that is). That is good liquidity for a very slow market.

I agree rossannan if that de-listing resolution does get passed I expect that there will be a stampede for the door. And I sincerely hope that your optimism is well placed.

Well ladies and gents I am a fairly sizeable holder of He1 and must admit that I was hoping and expecting to be a lot closer to ESP initiation than this RNS suggests we are. Q4 we were told for ESP initiation but that looks touch and go from where we currently stand. Lots of progress on the preliminary work programme but I would have expected the ESP to have been a lot closer to site by now.

The biggest single difference being that Capricor are a US company listed on Nasdaq and Scancell a UK Company listed on AIM. It should not be a material difference but, unfortunately, reality suggests that they are as different as chalk and cheese and hence the reason that companies ae leaving AIM in their droves and larger companies are now choosing to list in the US over the UK. The difference in perceived valuations and liquidity for investment are a million miles apart. It is also the reason that many small but successful UK companies are being snapped up by their US equivalents for a fraction of their value. We can only hope that Scancell does not fall victim to the same process.

Well, the sale would at least provide SYN shareholders with some degree of "closure" and the return of a small proportion of their investment but at the cost of writing off any chance of ever selling their shares. In any event it is a "dead duck".

I certainly take your point but actually think we would be better off from an SP point of view if we had decided to keep Cambay and ditched the bloody bottomless pit that is the Medway CCS project - but then that is never going to happen with Roland at the helm as without it he cannot justify his position.

The sale is, in my view, simply caused by our CEO's insistence that we pursue his nonsensical CCS vanity projects and recognises that there is no way that SYN could fund that through the markets so needed the $14m to keep his and the BoD's lifestyles and beloved pipedream on the road.

Meaning that you can sell if there is someone on the other side willing to buy and at a price that you each agree on. So who in their right mind is going to want to buy an illiquid, zero income, "unvaluable" private ltd company shares with an unquantifiable cost base over the foreseeable future? For the two forthcoming payouts? Then what? And who that has chosen to keep their shares is going to sell them before the pay-outs?

Well a percentage of the future income flows would is, of course, certainly better than nothing but is not some form of "lending" available for such projects? It has a greater element of risk for both shareholders and lender but (dependent on terms) does guard against future "dilution" in its loosest sense.
