It is not the same kread it is variable both within an industry and between industries; minimum of 16% and max of 30% (from memory) in the "Mining" Industry, which is what Helium sits in. "Oil and Gas", which Aminex (where it is 16%) sits in, is different again - it is NOT in the "Mining" industry but in Petroleum Industry and that sector has different rules.

Well kread they absolutely are involved, to an extent. After all they are 17% shareholders in the License holding company and will need to be involved in funding and "partnership" conversations.

I am sitting here with 25m shares, many fewer than I once had after top slicing back in December, awaiting imminent news BUT with these continued delays and having seen a £550k raise in October, another one for £285k in November and then, more recently, for £375k in January, how much longer will it be before we see another one? We need news first or I can see another small dilution before we get there. Yes JA won't want to see that but, if and when funds are needed that seems to be his chosen route.....

I purely rhetorical question kread, after all, what happened to the previous supposed resistance levels? None of them lasted very long and that was supposedly with one II scooping up approaching 20% of the Company. How much would it now take to get back up to those levels?

FWIW I do think it will bounce but it is something of stretch to suggest think we will be seeing 1.0+p again anytime soon. Once the Galactica" news come out it will be then be an extended wait for Rukwa Farm-Out news methinks. That said I am very happy with those I have and more than happy to wait.

Middle East? Maybe MP but of the 15 small cap stocks on "watchlist" this morning, 8 of them are in the Blue (some quite heavily) and three are neutral, leaving only 4 in the Red and one of those is Middle East focused.

So what has caused today's drop; the MM's got what they wanted of Friday with some big sales , so why another pull back today? General market sentiment around the Middle East crisis, a few "risk off" sellers or a largish delayed trade?

So, as it is not the Middle East, what has caused this apparent drop below the supposed support levels have been breached and it certainly doesn't look particularly "bullish-neutral"..... So, what can we expect next? Another institutional support level at, what, 0.50p?

Those whales that were loading up on the way down at 0.90. 0.80 0.70 and 0.60p will now surely be questioning their original strategy? Wasn't it supposed to pre-empt a "bull-run"......?

I hope developments in the Middle East do not adversely affect the situation in Oman; Dubai has been affected and that is "next door", it is also very close to the Straits of Hormuz, though thankfully they have a number of large ports further South that should remain unaffected.

More reason perhaps to use the M&P Rig already in country.

Though, frankly, far more important to my mind just to see the war and killing cease as soon as humanly possible for all those directly affected.

Well if, by raising the bid, the MM's were attempting to get some sellers they certainly succeeded...... will dropping the Offer tempt some to buy more?

Roses, I have listened to the and certainly see where you are coming from but, personally, I wouldn't be inclined to draw any conclusions from it. After all as Phil himself says, he was being deliberately vague and not to be drawn on SCLP's intentions.

The price certainly will even if the operational activity takes some time to catch up.

Or in terms of product development they cannot progress SCIB1+ anymore until the trials are initiated so, in the meantime, launch a new project using the learnings to date.

Not sure it was a Buy though at that time though MM's offering 13.40p even for size. That said, no problem, buyers and MM's need liquidity.

Oh and behold, it seems that, at 10.29, someone took the MM's "shilling" - and "no" certainly NOT me!

I think we will see some delayed Buys appearing later; I am expecting this to continue its slow, steady rise until we receive the next snippet of, maybe groundbreaking, news.

Really odd! I have been offered 13.505p to sell 50,000 and yet I can Buy 50,000 at 13.50p...... (Interactive Investor). In fact can sell up to 200,000 at 13.505p.

That said our resident "whale" ought to be smarting now. If, as McNol has been saying, they now have circa 20% and at an average price of at least 0.70+p their acquisition strategy seems to have been somewhat flawed. ;0)
