Agreed gogs the US trades started at 1:00 and had a visible impact between 1.00 - 2:15. The market has swallowed up their sells and is back on an even keel - all to play for.

Well Roger if that is true I would like to see it because I can see neither any of a PSA o equivalent) nor any reference to an agreement of that nature.... I am more than happy to be proven wrong. Just show me where to go to find it please? Yes Helium isn't Natural Gas and I am sure they won't be selling it to the TPDC but what will be happening? And where does it say so?

AEX and ORCA and their peers all had Exploration licences which did not get augmented by a GSA / PSA until after the reserves had been proven up. He1 has now proven them up (CPR needed, of course) so why would that paradigm be any different for Helium?

Again happy to be proven wrong but, so far no-one has provided any evidence to the contrary otherthan that it is dealt with in the License... so if that is the case, where is it please - I would like to read it.

If you could show me where they are sinequanon I would read them but they not on their website; so if you have read them, where did you find them. You claim this is all covered in their license, yes? But their license is an exploration license, nothing more. So I would love to read what you read.

Really sinequanon? Show me. Even if they have %ages what's the price? The Natural Gas industry sells ALL gas to the Tanzanian Authorities at a set price - why would this be any different for Helium?

They will have had precedent and conversations but NOTHING that they could hang theirs or any JV partners hat on - let's face it they didn't even know what, if anything, they would find. Someone is going to commit to a JV on the basis of an "understanding"? After the nonsense that has been going on in the Natural Gas industry for decades...? Dream on.

All this talk of a JV and takeover but no-one seems to appreciate that until they have a PSA or GSA with the Tanzanain Authorities no-one understands the commercials of this project - how much will He1 earn, how much can the JV partner earn? And until the BoD know that answer they would be bloody stupid to sign a JV as they don't know how much they would be "giving away".... who on earth is going to sign a JV without knowing the commercials?
