for what it is worth i am not concerned and really do not give a toss about your thoughts on he1. moreover i suggest that you post your thoughts on the relevant bb and stop boring the **** out of people who are neither invested nor interested. this is the aex board, yes?!

Yes Gordon, would not be atall surprised if yesterday's fall was caused by forward selling - hence should be completed today.

Well I am not exactly surprised bearing in mind that there are over 330million placing shares being sold into the market whilst others are buying - expect to see some delayed trades later in the day...

Morning all. have to be brief as I am travelling this morning but just to say that I am a little disappointed at the speed and rice of the placing but, actually not that surprised and, if it allows the company to progress without having to far-out or JV and dilute the assets it is probably a good thing - plus it is only a 10% dilution which means, I think, the sp should start to rise again. on balance good news I think - better than selling off your crown jewels and losing control of your assets methinks, ;0)

Also a little disappointed that they have not given greater clarity about what they are going to do with the funds but I hope and expect that we will get to learn more about that in the near future - He1 are at least a little more forthcoming on their shareholders comm's than ARA and AEX thankfully!

As regards flow rates BG? I think they will announce this once they have completed the independent assessment, which I others have opined that it should be days not weeks but my view is that it will take a few weeks and possibly a couple of months.

A placing? I seriously doubt it but a dilution is highly likely in my view; in one form or another. A JV or Farm-Out, all different forms of dilution - but I also believe that any form of dilution is now priced in.

In reality this is already "blue" - then overnight price of 2.85p was a false closing price in my view, only posted because it was an NT trade; at 4:30 the spread was 2.60 - 2.70 after fleecing the day traders, we have been above that level for most of the morning.

I got two small orders filled at 2.62p and 2.65p - ho hum, better than nothing.

Negotiated Trade, I believe.
