Charts might be relevant for momentum trading but the sp will not conform to any sort of charting tropes once we get an RNS; a +ve RNS and it will break out upwards a -ve one and it will break out downwards.

He1 has always been a totally binary play and remains so in that respect. But of course due to the 70% dilution now in a totally different price range. Thank fully I am now averaged down to circa 1.20p from 5.50p so not much has changed personally. I bought it for a discovery and, as I see it He1 is now a lot closer to that aim than it has ever been previously. My investment will live or die on the turn of that coin as it ever would.

Oh and stockcheque - highly unlikely that ARA will take over responsibility for the Pipeline build as the terms of the GSA (already agreed, we are told) will stipulate the conditions surrounding the pipeline build and the resultant price of the Gas - sold at wellhead; they will not go through a renegotiation of that methinks.

RJ surely the only outcome that avoids some form of dilution is that alluded to by simon below; with no income the only form of borrowing available would be the archetypal "death spiral" funding, which by it's very nature, creates dilution with shares being issued to repay the interest and capital, JV or Farm-Out would be a dilution as they each involve "giving away" a stake in the project to get the development cash and outside of that it would be the usual forms of capital raising.

I agree with LeddachJack to a point - looking at the history of this stock and the frequency of previous leaks I think that if there were to be an RNS tomorrow we would have seen it today in the sp movement - one way or the other! We have seen little evidence a leak today so I suspect that we will not now see anything until next week.

Yes edgar an interesting find but the word "perusing" gives rise to a range of possible interpretations.... it could suggest that they have yet to make any definitive decisions regarding Ntorya and if they haven't even done that yet where oh where does that leave us all?

Indeed Hardnose and yet some will tell you that everything has changed since we had a change of administration in Tanzania and that the future will look a lot different - meaning, I presume, that no longer will the serial delays and false dawns continue - but all of those examples you quote below have happened since the new administration took control.

A placing is inevitable, or a "farm-in" - either way that equates to a dilution of shareholders. However I do think it is premature - I think they will look to get that sp up considerably higher before a placing and I believe they will need a GA before they farm-out or JV... otherwise no-one knows what they are buying into.... gas under the ground means nothing until you can get it out.

though in any event a strong buy in my view.

they need a GSA or its equivalent before they can do anything, let alone thinking about CAPEX....

There would have been a lot of people who pot that horrific dilution would have been deeply underwater and the fortunate ones who, after averaging down and (like me) getting back in the blue, decided to take some money off the table. As luck would have it that is exactly what I did at 2.15p - though I have now been tempted to buy it all back again at 1.20p!!
