Many of those "big sells" are in fact BUYS - I managed to execute a BUY at the quoted BID price at 15.21

So all of a sudden a marked upward tick not justified by the trading numbers and even more unusual, of late, a quoted spread that is not totally ridiculous. Does this mean that the MM's now know the direction of travel and are less defensive of their positions?

I am not so sure that they can lay out what that exact plan is Js15. Until they have the new Basin Modelling would they know what that would look like? They have told us that a lot of the "ground work" underway (see RNS of 10th April) but what we do not know is what any contingencies and dependencies or and what the sequencing needs to be? But it is largely superficial detail.

Ultimately the only significant catalysts to the sp will be the fund raise and the EWT - as most people presuppose that without the fund raise we cannot implement the EWT and until we have that we cannot announce (formally) that we have a "commercial discovery".... Then we need to convert the license so allow us to extract the Helium, and then we can get a JV away to build the production plant.

Its all about sequencing and there are a lot of dominoes in that sequence. It is unlikely that we will ever get to know all of them and how they interrelate.

The reality is that the sp has been stuck at these levels for many weeks now, since the last time that we had any material information or update. It is likely to sit here until we have another one - whatever that may be. Though I do think that until the next capital raise is out of the way this is unlikely to go anywhere. If they were to announce that they have raised the cash they need for the EWT and beyond it would then start to rise in expectation of some operational progress.

No, of course not, license and CPR do not need to follow sequentially for the assets to be declared 1 or 2 P reserves - we would get the same result irrespective of the order of delivery. They could say that subject to delivery of Dev License we consider these to be .... etc, etc

Yes BG, happy to accept that but still a little surprised therefore that we have not yet seen the CPR after all this time. So CH1 is not relevant to the CPR so why are we still waiting? As SQ suggested, "drip feeding news"? I cannot accept that as for goodness sake no-one could claim it isn't price sensitive news and would therefore be required to RNS it.
