Condensate will require an off-take facility after which the cost of production is low. However we have to have the BoD confirm the terms of the GSA - which will determine how "Commercial" the terms are. Without that we would be speculating. My view though is that it will closely mirror the Kiliwani terms and therefore will be very lucrative.

Moreover and on a similar theme there has been no conversation about "Oil" and as such unlikley to be any mention of it in the Ntorya GSA - there is none, even, in the Ruvuma PSA. So to suggest it might be commercial is somewhat premature in the least.

Incidentally I have been offered 2.00p for 100,000 and 1.9925p for 1,000,000 - so it seems that MM's are happy to take stock well above the quoted bid.

Yes, Ufufuo if the TPDC will allow AEX sufficient time to accumulate the cash. What if the TPDC demand that AEX progresses work on Kiliwani before Q3 next year?

I am not saying they will Ufufuo but a number of questions relating to KiIiwani need asking at the AGM. The ORCA 3D seismics was due to tick the necessary boxes for 2023 but we all know what happened to that, so what are TPDC's expectations of AEX for Kiliwani? They cannot sit on it doing nothing indefinitely as the BoD themselves admitted at last years AGM.

If there is to be a placing it won't be anytime soon and will probably be for the remediation and development of Kiliwani; though even that only if the TPDC demand immediate progress on it and before AEX have accumulated enough income from Ntorya to cover it,.

They could be ready to "launch work immediately" without having a rig contract finalised; NT1/2 workovers for example. That would be a positive development, of course but not as much of a boost as the contract (and prospective drill date) is likely to be.

Ufufuo, I think an operational update without firm news regarding Rig contract and drill date and, less so, NT1/2 workovers could be something of an "own goal". I hope they wait until they have something material to offer - as we have seen in the past a "holding" RNS has often proven counter productive.

The other thing to "consider" sharehead is the timescales associated with that wider license. Much of that "new" area and associated estimates will need proving and appraising before they will even be close to monetising. So still in the realms of resources and not reserves. I doubt I will be here long enough to get full value from those assets - though any contribution they make in the meantime will be more than welcome.
