Yes broomtree I agree with you 100% but that is the normal state for 90% of AIM listed Exploration companies. If you invest here that is what you should be anticipating.

Separately, that is compounded when you are investing in a small AIM Explorer with its primary assets in a country like Tanzania - to invest only then complain about it smacks of "buyers remorse".

There are dozens of identities going on inside that head, robbdabank, the question is which one are we going to get this day/week/month - take you pick 😆

Toffers you don't have to tell me about the TG thank you very much, I have been invested in Tanzania exploration companies for over 15 years. I have experienced what TG are capable of and the environment in which Explorers operate in country. I understand the risks associated with that - it's seems that you have only just recognised it and now want to teach your grandmother(s) how to suck eggs!

And fwiw, that is how I know of and, indeed actually met Neil Ritson - the subject of some earlier posts.

For your information DickieT SCIR collapsed under the auspices of the BoD that succeeded Neil Ritson - he was a geniune bloke and a Geologist of great renown.

Neil Ritson is the Executive Chairman of BlueStar and was previously CEO of SCIR when they bought a stake in He1 (since sold).

So the BoD of He1 will have known Neil Ritson for 3-4 years as a minimum.

The Galactica dilution cost shareholders $8m dollars BUT an annual income of $2m p.a. should add circa between $20m - $40m to the MC plus providing Banks comfort that He1 can coevr BAU overhead and maintain payments on any loan funding prior to accessing revenue from Rukwa.

It is a slam dunk as far as I am concerned.
