Well Blubay I doubt the BoD would choose to risk waiting until Tuesday to get that application in as it could be scuppered by a last minute hitch, so who is to say that it won't be on its way tomorrow?

I rather hope any RNS comes at 7.00am on Monday - any open trading positions will likely be closed before COP tomorrow and no-one will have the chance to take a new position before Monday....

Not a hope.... Once the ML application is in this company is now at the lowest point of risk that it ever has been - steady income coming in from the US from middle of 2025, a "commercial" discovery in Tanzania, owning their own rig and with a growing market. There are of course a few major boxes yet to be ticked, Mining License application, bank and JV funding and initiation of the Rukwa Development wells. But the company has NEVER been closer to transitioning from a Helium Exploration company to a Helium production company....

I understand that some speculators and short term investors now see progress as slow and insufficiently vertiginous for their proclivities BUT with all of the above He1 will morph from a short term speculation to a longer term growth stock and will attract Investors and not speculators and that will include Institutional investors.... just a few boxes to tick first.

I have taken my speculative capital OFF the table already, what remains is in it for that growth journey.

Or maybe the BoD collectively have played the cards they have been dealt very well and that the US deal is a logical and opportunistic transaction for the LONG TERM benefit of the company and shareholders.

Toffers one thing is for sure and that attendance at the US conference will certainly raise He1 profile and might elicit some II post the ML..... US investors really like companies that have US interests and now He1 is in that category

I totally agree Bluebay and the biggest risk for me is that during the drilling of multiple development wells operational difficulties and increased costs compromise the time lines completion of the wells and both Galactica and He1 are forced into raising more cash to complete the development and capitalise on the income. What I don't know and I have not seen details of (unless I have missed it) for which or how many of these scheduled drills is success necessary to to achieve a profitable income stream? That said, what we do know is that He1 costs are capped at $450k per well plus 50% of any excess and that the income generated from all wells is estimated to be $2+m per annum so circa $350k per well so even if, say, two of these fail we should still be earning a revenue of $1.4m...

So, not risk free methinks but certainly not high risk.

I suspect that their attempts to influence the sp down is not for them to be buying but other third parties. Th esp held frim at 1.09 for days and then in 24 hours drops to below 1p, why? To enable MM's to fill a large Buy order at or, more likely, just above the 1p price (1.05p perhaps) but to do that they needed to get weak sellers to part with their shares at below those prices to give the MM's a margin.

I agree Blubay this is backward looking not forward looking - for the purposes of drilling.

Well Noble are budgeting for $500k per drill and He1 own their own Rig, so I would suggest that no more than $10-12m for 30 wells would be more than feasible?

So circa 66% of the shares are held by 6 "platforms" on behalf of PI's..... some of whom can trade "internally" and match sellers with buyers and hence "hide" a lot of off-book activity.

It wasn't an article dai but in an interview at or around the time of the first Itumbula Operational update back in March. I am also aware of reports from other posters that they mentioned having been in discussion with US service providers in this same regard.

The $50 million was the anticipated cost of production facilities for the FFD. This they have already stated they have been in conversation about regarding a JV an, moreover that $50m would not be required in one tranche as they will be using modular production facilities and deploying them as future development wells are drilled....
