I agree with Blubay. Whilst I would love to see the approval sooner I am certainly not counting my chickens. Moreover nor am I the slightest bit concerned if we don't see it until December; I am not expecting the sp to exhibit the volatility of the pre EWT period - this is no longer a short term investor or traders stock it is now a slow, progressive medium term growth stock. The spikes will be fewer and further between and the sp range slowly upward - though it goes withput saying that nothing goes up in a straight line.

It is time this had a bounce but we also need to material Operational news to build some momentum.

I am waiting Tanz, not in hope but in expectation. I am not buying, no; as I have said several times now, I have more than enough and unless the sp dips below my average, which I somewhat doubt, I will not be buying any more.

Crikey, amazing how many times the same old RNS release can be re-hashed as "news".... that said, I suppose, as they say, any publicity is good publicity.

Another thing to note is that even though we have had no news since the EWT RNS the volumes have been comparatively high - that means a transfer of shares (from the impatient to the patient?). From those that were in for the speculative phase to those that are now in itn for the growth phase. Even I have taken all my speculative capital OFF the table and now have my longer term growth capital in play...

I am not too sure that I put much faith in these suppositions about the radio silence meaning that "something is going on in the background".... More often than not, radio silence means exactly what is obvious - nothing is going on in the background!

A lot has happened in recent weeks and now, I believe the BoD are taking a "pause for breath" - It has been a busy summer - maybe people are just taking some R&R time?

LB in the states next month and with the license application in maybe best to concentrate on the US where investors are far easier to find and the He1 market is far better understood.....

I agree with you completely Skippy - the US deal is a no -brainer - get's us to production sooner and minimizes any future dilution by supporting cash flow and a potential loan funding deal.

No JC you missed nothing - too mnay people have been listening to the rampers who have been clamouring for "commercial" information despite LB stating categorically that they would not be holding Funding or JV discussion until AFTER the ML approval.... This was never going to happen until those negotiations had been concluded.

Here is another example of the rampers creating an unrealistic expectations for most investors - at N O point have the BoD or LB personally suggested that this information would be circulated, only the wishful thinkers on this BB.

As I have stated a few times recently this is no longer a traders or speculators share - it is now a growth share for longer term investors and II's. And not before time. The sooner the short termers and rainbow chasers disappear the better for He1 and real long term shareholders.
