Exactly Blubay no more and no less than was expected, anyone expecting more was deluded and obviously only heard what they wanted to hear from Lorna's most recent interview.

As I suggested yesterday there will be no additional information on the feasibility study as it would compromise future negotiations for funding or a JV arrangement.

We have what we need to know, a feasibility study that demonstrates a commercial discovery and now as Blubay said yesterday, the BoD will concentrate on Galactica until the ML has been approved.

More importantly violindog Pharmajet wouldn't sign it unless they thought it would be a strategic and significant partnership...

Agreed Blubay the vertiginous rises are a thing of the past now - until a good JV perhaps - herein a slow and steady rise as the company grows.

Did you actually listen to LB's recent interview Chesh, just choosing to ignore it, or do you consider her to be a liar?! She states quite categorically that there will be no debt funding or JV discussions until AFTER the Mining License has been approved....

At least for the duration of the Mining license approval Blubay I would totally agree.... and then Christmas in all likelihood hence January for further developments on that front.

But also states definitively that they will not be pursuing debt funding or JV discussions until AFTER the Mining License has been approved - hence these cannot be included in the Feasibility Study or Application except in conceptual terms.

"But will form part of the ML app"? What will Chesh? If you are talking about commercial arrangements with off take partners and JV for production facilities then "NO" it won't.

Maybe it is sammy but nothing the BoD have said would suggest so, indeed quite the contrary therefore, until that changes, I will assume not....

But StamfordFre the "commerciality" will at least to some degree depend upon the economics of whichever form of "funding" He1 determine to use for the build of production facilities, off-take agreements, etc much of which will not be known until negotiations have been completed hence it will be high level, theoretical numbers and presumptions / presuppositions and not details. So to my mind the "market" will not get the numbers until those negotiations have been completed - releasing sooner may well compromise any commercial discussions.

No Chesh I will not be putting that speculative capital back - not here anyway. In my view this is no longer a "speculative" stock....

So I am not expecting this sp to go into orbit on the back of any short term RNS - the only thing that will do that in my view is the JV and /or funding RNS which, personally, I am not expecting until after the license approval. When might that be? License approval, December - funding /. JV January perhaps? Unless of course the BoD can get the TG authorities to fast tracj that License Approval - which is not beyond the realms of possibility.

Newsflow from the US should keep the pot boiling and the SP up between now and then and, even if not, so what?!

The spread at II is 1.05 - 1.10p but they are not offering more than 1.05 for any size...

Oh and there is bound to be a "shake" before very long!

Whilst either or BOTH of those suggestions maybe true for goodness sake keep it in perspective - we are up less than 5% on the day and were 1.35p less than 2 weeks ago!

However if I thought that was a possibility I would no longer be holding 7 million shares for the long term.

Investors will be crying in their beer as He1 will lose one of its principal assets - unless the TG authorities allow them an extension.

But in essence I agree, as I said last week" that assuming He1 get that ML application in before tomorrow's deadline He1 are no longer a Short Term speculation or a traders dream. With their new US investment and the longer term Tanzania project this is now a growth stock and in 2025 will successfully (in my view) transition from purely a Helium explorer to a Helium producer which will put them into a totally different category, moving from a speculative puneters stock into a stock for growth investors and, hence, institutions.

I have taken all of my speculative capital OFF the table some weeks ago, leaving behind capital for medium / longer term growth.
