Blubay, holdings within "Funds" are NOT investments on behalf of underlying PI's - they are direct investments by the Fund Manager. Though Index Funds invest in all underlying shares contained in that particular Index so is no indication of a particular investment view.

Oh and so too will He1 evolving position on the Lassonde Curve. After that ML approval, JV and debt funding the world will change beyond recognition.

It is the market cap that prevents many Institutional Investors from buying He1. Currently He1 qualifies as a "Micro Cap" stock and the Governance structure that sits at the top of many Investment Trusts, Unit Trusts and OEICS will prevent those Trusts from investing in stocks below a given size. As the Market Cap rises above £100m, then £250m and more it will dramatically increase the investable universe for He1.

What you seem unable to understand Herbie is that the number of shares in issue is a total irrelevance - it is the market capitalisation that is all important..... Moreover the Company could, at the drop of a hat, change the issued share capital with a share consolidation. It is NOT an issue - unless like you - all you are looking for totally spurious reasons to undermine the share

For crying out loud Mctripe, no-one is questioning the timeline for the Pipeline - simply the timelines for the CH1 drill. If you could actually be bothered to read people's posts before you spout off you would see that NT2 workover and production are happily anticipated on schedule....

Day traders? Really have seen no evidence of there being any "trading activity" at SCLP for quite a while; the market volumes are too small. No, the "slide" is due to there being a lack of buyers and people drifting out of the stock through a lack of material news and patience.... there are more lively places to be for the Rainbow Chasers and Traders to place their money.

What happened to that "Stock Builder"? If they were supposedly building a stake from 14.5p all the way up to 19.5p why are they not still buying at 13.0p? Were they ever there at all?

So what is being read into today's announcement of the forthcoming AGM? Is the timing material?

Another 7% fall today and on what exactly? is there something brewing? And to think that only a few weeks ago the board was full of speculation about sake building, TR1 notices forthcoming bids and yet here we are down nearly 30 from our recent intraday peak. Should we be buying more or sitting on our hands? Buying on the dips has done me no favours recently, so I will be keeping my powder dry.

But Chesh how does that differ to what happened last week or any of the previous two - three weeks? Short term stock has been passing into the hands of longer term investors for some time now in my view. Yes some will take advantage of short term spikes but, in the main, most are now here for the longer term. And that should reduce volatility and create stock shortages when there is any positive material news.... At least until and unless we have another dilution!!

Well if there is a "bun fight" between M&P and ARA regarding who get's first use of the drill the TPDC could well exert some influence over that "discussion". They could determine the priority of the respective M&P and ARA drills. So I guess that if the drill is delivered to Tanzania in January it is feasible - but as I said earlier only 50:50 in my view....

I don't think ARA would worry too much about the timing; if M&P were to get first use it would save the Ntorya JV partners a good lump of cost.

Anyway only time will tell.

GLA will be away for the rest of the week; fingers crossed for some movement or material news.

The next RNS and possibly a few more after that is far more than likely to be the drilling of any number of Galactica wells in Colorado BA and nothing whatsoever do with to do with a JV; The BoD have told us that ML approval will occur before they continue conversations regarding Funding or JV's. So that is ayet another RNS that we will receive before the announcement of a JV.

These would have to be done in any event and are boxes that need to be "ticked" - I would just be a bit careful about reading too much into them or that they mean that drilling will occur anytime soon.... Yes, CH1 drill will happen; will it happen within the next 6 months? 50:50 at best, in my view and even that assumes we will get first use of any drill sharing arrangement.

I have stated consistently since the AGM that I do not foresee the Rig for CH1 even being in the country this side of Christmas and even then we are not guaranteed to get first use of it; if you assume the suggestions about sharing the rig with M&P to be true. Under the terms of their license M& have to drill two new wells before mid 2025 whereas the drilling of CH1 and workovers of NT2 and the completion of the pipeline have been successfully "de-coupled" (to use the Bods own words). So which will have priority? I cannot claim to know the answer but I would be prepared to have an educated guess.

The CH1 drill (and secondly the NT1 workover) is no longer the single most important share price catalyst, as it once was - NT2 workover and production are just as important and will occur with or without the CH1 drill and, to date, we have no material reason to believe these won't happen before the end of Q2 next year - that even gives them a bit of "wiggle room".

And what will happen when it hits that 50DMA Chesh? Back down again....? Are we trading in a narrow (upward trending) range? What will need to happen to break through the 50DMA?

Trading has been relatively slow for most of the morning but volumes have just ticked up from mid 40's million to mid 60's millions in just a few minutes. Maybe some reason for optimism that momentum is about to reverse to the upside.

EE I hear what you are saying but, surely, if all that you suggest is in the offing they would be better to defer the AGM so as to be able to report and field questions of those recent developments and, if appropriate, offer shareholders a vote on any required consents?
