Exacvtly so DickieT. No doubt the naysayers will be telling us that they have predicted this dilution all along?! Of course they did!! They predicted that one of He1 's key suppliers and service providers would become a significant shareholder in He1 after being an integral part of the key EWT process and after being privy to the results..... yes of course they did. NOT!

A trivial dilution of less than 1% , £15m and here they are proving, as if any proof were necessary, that they have no idea what they are talking about and are all 100% agenda driven....

They have reimbursed a proportion of my original £25k debit (circa 60%) but I still do not have the number of shares that I have been allocated

Nothing that we don't all know but it is really good to see it summarised and encapsulated in one easy to read article. It puts Scancell's case very well, I think. If only this was broadcast more widely.

Well McNol, one of the resolutions is to give the BoD the authority to issue up to (something like) circa 2 bn new shares..... common place at most AGM's and, of course, does not mean that they will use them, but....?

If you are going to vote on any resolution you need to do it beforehand; at last years AGM no votes were allowed from the floor unless your shares were registered at / through a certain broker, which none of the attendees were!!

Well those pictures rather emphatically answer the questions raised after the last photo on "X" - the answer is "NO", the workover of C70 is not yet complete and confirms that it is only the preparatory work that is taking place at C-63. Buggeration 😩, Predictable but a little disappointing. It is now questionable whether there will be much of anything to report from C-70 this side of Christmas methinks.

Oh and ICB, sorry, I forgot to mention that on my Interactive investor account the "quantity" of shares that I am holding is , currently, down as 25,000 shares.....

ICB - I did something very similar; I applied for what I thought was 25,000 shares but then noticed that I had been debited for £25,000!! I contacted them to query it bit was told that the subscription was for "value" and not "quantity". So, unless my allocation is cut I will be receiving £25,000 of shares.

I rather hope they do get cut down 😖

Mind you it would bring my average down and nearly double my holding!

Whoops, it seems that when I thought I was subscribing for 25,000 shares, I had actually subscribed for £25,000 - I bloody well hope I don't get them all!!

I was able to subscribe via Interactive Investor and for three accounts. Only took up the offer on one which may be a mistake as by subscribing for three as by doing so likely to be offered three times as many. However, could end up with three times the number than I want or need!

Only requested 25,000 but am intrigued to see how many I get offered.

Moreover Wimbledon the very nature of the ML approval is indicative in and of itself that the Feasibility study, the commerciality and the funding of Itumbula and the wider Rukwa basin are at least compelling, if not guaranteed

But Ruck the timing is a very different issue to the "discount" - I would suggest that if it had been that easy to raise capital and that our investors were so confident of their holding it was somewhat unnecessary to offer such a discount? The two things are incompatible, unless you are suggesting that the BoD are in cahoots with out Institutional Investors or providing fellow BoD members a preferential entry point?

So Ruck a question:

Why oh why does the BoD have to run cap inn hand to the market for a cap raise at a 20+% discount to the sp? And that 20% number is generous of you look at the sp over the preceding 3 months - I would suggest it is closer to a 30% difference to the average price over that period. If, as EE, states this raise has been in the offing for weeks if not months who and why, on earth was it necessary to provide these "supporters" such favourable terms?

But EE the sp hadn't dipped below 13.0p for two months! And in the weeks prior to that had been to 19p, with an average above 15p at a guess so when did the "market move higher"?! So an issue at 10.5p is still a more than 20% discount to the lowest average price over the last two months and even more over 3 months....Okay, so it was exacerbated by the rise on the back of the Genmab deal but even so there was already quite a discount even if you ignore that rise - easy perhaps unless, as you say, you were one of those that bought on the back of it.

Yep, laughable and with zero credibility.
