I would not disagree with you in principle Candlestick and agree that, if any of us is to get our investment back in the short term ( 1- 6 months), averaging down is a necessity; the only question for me is timing. There is no "science" to this but many years of experience of holding AIM shares over scores, if not hundreds of AGMs is that, often, there is a bit of buying ahead of the AGM on the understanding and expectation that the AGM will be an so catalyst through the revelation of important information and guidance. Unfortunately rarely has that proven to be the case and the sp suffers an immediate dip in the days (sometimes continuing for weeks or even months) after the AGM.

So at the risk of having to pay a little more by waiting until after the AGM and missing out on some material development or other I will bide my time before then plunging in and doubling up on my 22 million holding at 0.115p. I will look to buy in at a little lower sp sometime after the AGM in the expectation that the AGM will actually reveal nothing new and Roland and the BoD will simply spend all of their time trying to justify their misleading of the shareholders with the "no raise in 2024" lies and the erosion of shareholder value that they have overseen and created in the last 6 months.

Irony of all ironies SYN is the ONLY holding in my AIM portfolio that is actually up today - by 0.0005p per share! Pity I don't have 10's of millions - oh bugger, I do....

No-one has even remotely stated that BlueStar will fund Rukwa...... naivety? And total ignorance to even suggest that He1 has invested in Bluestar - the investment is a Farm-In to Galactica.

I agree with you both. And that, in part, is why nothing will be spent on Rukwa until the Galactica project is further advanced and why there is no need for a raise until Q2 2025 at the earliest.....

FUBAR, He1 now owns 50% of the Galactica assets too. They will provide the collateral for and servicing of future Debt Funding to part fund that $50m, which together with the JV, should be more than enough to get Rukwa to production as that $50m does not need deploying as one lump sum but incrementally as the field is developed. By this time the MC of He1 will be more than sufficient to support a dilution, assuming that one is needed; and that is not a certainty.

Gandernee, can I ask what and where you get that understanding? I have not seen the Company make any assertion to taht effect.

And what revenue are you referring to? If that is from the Galactica project then all income from the first programme of development wells is due to be reinvested in drilling the next 9 exploration wells. So what is that additional revenue coming from?

Yes Blubay very true and which is why raising unrealistic expectations regarding the ML approval and what will be announced with it, is quite likely to be counter productive. Many here have often asked why it is that nearly all of HE1's RNS result in a fall in SP. Well one of the reasons is that too many people have swallowed the hype around what those forthcoming RNS's will deliver and therefore feel disappointed with the reality. We run the risk that the same will happen with the ML approval; what happens if it does not come with a JV announcement, Debt Funding, a feasibility study and, or a CPR....?
