Received and understood EE. So its a holding brief then on funding and, it seems, anything else; nothing is yet clear and no expectation of when, or if, it will be. Thank goodness for some good trial results and the arrival of our white in shining armour to deliver collective salvation! 😉

EE, since you are online - whilst I fully understand and accept the explanation for the "thin" numbers on the Cohort 2 trial, what minimum numbers would they need to make any trial statistically meaningful? Surely there is a minimum and 9 candidates is unlikely to pass muster? Secondly where do they go to sufficiently uplift those numbers if required?

As regards the funding, I would tend to agree EE; as I said earlier we may have plenty of options around funding that will not cause direct dilution to shareholders but until they are confirmed and the terms of any deal make plain there will be uncertainty. So I hope as Violindog articulated earlier that transparency occurs in Q1 with the terms of the options deal and if, for whatever reason that deal does not get executed they produce an alternative or additional deal PDQ....

Moreover, the sooner the better because, in my view, until so, whatever level of uncertainty may or may not exist around its conclusion or its terms the lack of clarity will hold the sp back.

Thanks violindog. And yes the bit below is the pertinent issue that I was looking for and which answers the question of "when".... the answer being some point in Q1. I suspect that until we have clarity of that "deal", or an alternative to it ,the sp will get held back.

I am afraid that the malaise you refer to scousemark and that Scancell is suffering from is not unique to them but indicative of the apprehension and suspicion which afflicts and haunts the UK markets generally and AIM in particular.

Yes you did express your opinion Elegance and I suggested that on the basis of trading volumes AHEAD of the RNS there was very little evidence of that. Indeed aggregated two-way volume of circa 1bn shares in the 6 weeks ahead of the announcement. Trades after the announcement are NOT forward sold...and many of those traded subsequently would be existing shareholders averaging down and very few placing shares (if any) as the sell prices would have been below their purchase price.

But hey an opinion is an opinion and yours is just a valid as mine.

Still does not compensate for the delay in 25 week Cohort 3 trial results into H2 2025, unfortunately. Hence my change from BUY to HOLD.

But the conversation has moved on Rojo; that was over 6 months ago. My position at the time was proven correct, joyo's was proven not to be. Indeed the total opposite was true - it doubled in price. Circumstances change and when they do so, often, do opinions. That was then, this is now.

FWIW I still do not believe we will see 0.90p but with further delays and continued "radio silence" it is a possibility, particularly if the April production deadline is compromised.

Sorry, so, in conclusion my expectation is a muted sp response... hope I am totally wrong but more patience required is my expectation.

Mmmm, positive without doubt but with reservation; only 25 patients for the 25 week response and another potential 6 months before outstanding trial numbers. I am also a little disappointed at the uptake for the cohort 2 of the SCIB1 trial, the H2 expectation for the Cohort 3 results and resultant implications.

Thankfully however SCIB1 reporting well within the Q4 target.

Ha, no Rojo, that possibility is always on the cards with AEX. However not at that particular time as some were saying and as we then saw with it reaching a circa 6 year high of over 2.00p....

Well fwiw updownstream my view is that it is highly unlikely to get go below 1.0p during the few weeks between now and the New Year and by then surely we will have to have an update with material news and definitive dates for the bare minimum for such things as the pipeline and NT2. If we haven't got that by 1st or 2nd week into January then, yes 1.0p will be seriously at risk, in my view anyway, as the April production date will not then be achievable.

My post was in response to HD's totally unsupported statement that "is no money left and next dilution at large discount imminent now"..... When the board have categorically stated the opposite; that they sufficient operating capital to get the company to the middle of 2025 and have just raised sufficient funds for the completion of the Galactica drill programme. So treat HD's fantasy statements with the contempt they and he deserves....

That totally contradicts the information given by the BoD themselves as you well know - so justify your assertion with evidence HD. But you won't will you because you CAN'T....

Moreover as you said earlier you are surprised that the sp hasn't dropped further as you thought it would - well no great surprise there as you seem to get this wrong all the time; just as you do everything else you predict.
