I seriously doubt that they will close the site for just a two day Bank Holiday period - it would take longer than two days (probably 1 week or more) and some considerable expense to halt drilling or similar processes, to mothball them and then restart again for only a two day break. It is more likely that they will keep things "ticking over" with a skeleton staff.

So it seems that you have only chosen to recall those parts of the presentation that suit your agenda too recalibrate. If you had actually listened to all of it properly and not selectively you would have heard that conversations with third parties over funding were on hold awaiting completion of a CPR.

Is there something they are not telling us? So yet again, very selective intereprertation of all you only want to hear. Did you conveniently miss the conversation about not being able to reveal the FS outputs until after the ML approval...? How feckin' convenient

And why would you expect the BOD to comment on the sp movements even if they could? They run a Helium exploration company, they are not market analysts or commentators. And for what it is worth neither are you RC88 so your opinion on what the market is doing, or thinking is worth jack sh it...

So Blubay, you have reminded me of one or two more snippets of info that I found interesting from the post presentation discussions. Firstly, to your point about the 4.7% concentrations. You may recall one slide of the presentation that compared the concentrations of the current major Helium players using a bar chart? it showed both Rukwa and Galactica in the "top-quartile" of those comparisons. I asked how and whether that was even a useless or meaningful comparison as all of the others are out and out gas plays and that Rukwa was a Helium play that was all about it being in solution with water? Both GJ and KF admitted that, "in reality" there was no useful, meaningful comparison between the two as both the extraction process and the economics of the two were wildly different.

Secondly that all He1 from Rukwa specifically but Tanzania more generally will be sold off at "well head" to third party distributors, whose responsibility it would be to ship it to the coast and export it (as there is no internal market for Helium). He1 will have no part in the downstream distribution of Helium. This will mean that He1 will sell the gas at a marginal discount to the market price but with no downstream cost. On a similar vein the TG are very sensitive and focused on adding value to "primary" mining commodities before export rather than leaving that added value to exporters. Thankfully helium gas needs no value adding and hence can be exported directly.

It is a bloody long way from Rukwa to the coast and currently not all but most of that distance has been tarmacked or similar - before all of the roads becomes metalled there may be transport difficulties in the wet season. The TG are looking to improve roads over coming months in 2025

I halved my holding on the asset in question below, AEX and invested in SYN in June/July at an average of 11.5p with a view to top slicing here after progress at Cambay and going back into AEX in Q1 2025 - what a sorry tale that now is! Now my SYN holding has halved in value and so won't be able to fund my reinvestment. Likely as not AEX will shoot up in Q1 and I will probably lose out twice. Bugger!

They simply allow people of different religious persuasions to have a certain number of days off per year to take religious holidays as required / desired.

After the AGM and with no definitive dates or timelines for ML approval or numbers around FS etc and with the Colorado now deferred for a few weeks we are all back to the "waiting game"... not assisted by may of the ludicrous and unreaslitic, baseless and in some cases pure fantasy predictions and projections from the more deluded and optimistic of posters. Who and how many were telling us that the FS would be out before the ML approval and both well before Christmas?! Yes well so much for that cr ap.... total nonsense as it proves.

Such predictions only serve to raise false and unrealistic expectations and, when they are not met, validate the otherwise baseless hyperbolic nonsense from the naysayers. People have their expectations quashed and their doubts raised and hence often prefer to withdraw and sit on the sidelines awaiting developments.

That is my view on why the sp has slipped but, once we get into the New Year, the Galatica drills are underway, CPR partner is identified, ML approved and the FS is broadcast we will see it quickly recover and then some, in my view.

Yes that is why its a "maybe 3 years"... execution of a 25 - 30 well drill programme is prone to interruption and delay.

I would agree in essence McNol but with one note of caution; Q4 2025 for production? Yes but subject to the timing of the ML approval and that could be a little longer than we might otherwise hope and expect.

I was one of the very few to actually be at the AGM yesterday and of only the two that asked any questions from the floor. Disappointing turn out really. As you all will have listened to the Webinar I won't bother to reprise the content but I did spend 15 -20 minutes after the formal presentations speaking to Graham Jacobs, James Smith and Nigel Friend on a few topics and have made some observations below.

A CPR is an essential prerequisite for conclusion of any JV or Bank funding arrangements. There will be an equity component but it will be minimised. The runway for that $75m spend will be spread over 2and maybe 3 years.

The normal players in the Oil and Gas CPR world are not considered appropriate partners for the job in hand at Rukwa. What He1 have at Rukwa is not a traditional gas field but more of a never ending Water "well" or aquifer. Hugely deep and complex and therefore those best to offer an opinion on its potential scale and lifetime are those with expertise on such Water resources, typically Hydrology Companies and Hydrogeologists.

Despite what other fantasists and similar posters on this board have told us in recent weeks there is no chance whatsoever that the Feasibility Study will be released before the Mining License approval. The Helium resource is owned by the Tanzanian Authorities or Tanzania and they perceive that Feasibility Study to be their province, simply delivered for them by He1, (in this case). Hence it will only be released once the Tanzanian Authorities deem it fit.

The Tanzanian Authorities not only check all and every release (announcement and presentation) made by He1 if it rtelates to Tanzania but (as is the case with other Tanzanian Mining and Resource Companies) actually "vet" many Tanzania related RNS's.

Yesterday's presentation said very little about the expectations surrounding Operational Activity for 2025 and beyond - this is largely because without the Mining License Approval they cannot know precisely what that looks like BUT, more importantly, do not want to be seen to be taking anything for granted for fear that it will cause issues with the Tanzanian Authorities.

There are a few more things that are worth relating and I will do so when I get more time but will have to return to that later today.

And 7 of them green boxes, so must presumably be from from our resident moron, and clown in chief; is he still claiming to have the inside track from the CEO..... with plenty more absolute drivel, no doubt?
