I would probably agree that the ML is not "priced-in" I wonder how much of a lift the ML approval will, by itself, actually bring about? Yes, it is of course a material milestone and significant in He1's journey to production and granting of it does underscore that commercial viability of the Rukwa project. However before He1 can execute on that License they need substantial funding and an indication of what that funding and / or future investment will return to any institutional investors and shareholders. I think the scale of any sp rise will be totally reliant and commensurate on the answer to that equation. So no great rise without details of funding, JV, for the production facilities and the likely costs and returns from the 20 -30 well drill programme.
