So sorry if I have misunderstood you but, in short, you believe that the ML approval will create a 100+% sp increase? Mmmm, but if so, and if it hasn't already been "priced-in" why would the share price drop when not approved? No, the market assumption currently is that the ML will be approved and hence any rise on that approval will be muted in my view. What the market wants to see is the prospective P&L and ROCE of the Rukwa development, and the funding plans for it - without these the ML in itself achieves nothing.
Galactica is very good news but again is only likely to provide incremental sp rises as all income in the short to medium term is committed to reinvestment in the project and which itself has a longer term and incremental game plan. However the transition form pure "explorer" to "producer" will be an important milestone for He1 and will open up He1 to the US and start to bring in Institutional Investors, which in itself could be significant for He1 and shareholders. That said Galactica is small potatoes compared to the potential for Rukwa so will not, in itself, be transformative, in my view.
