Dilution is off the table I reckon. Needs to be way higher for that, by which time there'll be no need anyways. And even so, that reduces Mooky's chances of hitting the incentive target for a good while.
Any other finnance needed to get us over the line will be from one of the lenders who were fighting each other to loan to us I reckon.
Overall, there'll be a fair few bumps in the road yet but we're almost there.

Total lockdown = over 50's not going anywhere regardless.

Ok, so that' s great news that we want (and will probably get) all over 50's vaccinated by spring.
The U.S is also steaming ahead.
But then then our nemesis in the mainstream media (Sky) are banging on about how a doctor from Public Health England says that restrictions will be needed even after EVERYONE has been vaccinated. W.T.Actual.F??
Does 'Public' Health realise it doesn't fund itself?

There is no justification.
I keep telling myself that we're resigned to opening with restrictions but then I ask myself - why?
Initially the lockdown was for two weeks to ease the burden on the NHS.
But if by April, over a year later, all the most vulnerable have had their second jab, what's the reason to keep going with restrictions?
Society is good to go.
Boris Johnson isn't Darth Plageius the Wise. He can't cure death.
Once the vulnerable have been jabbed, let's start focusing the social and mainstream media onto the masses of unemployed in the retail, travel and hospitality sectors.
The increase in suicide.
Crucial missed hospital appointments.
Broken families,
Mental health.
I'm on one here but once granny is sorted, I can't see a reason not to get back opening the economy with zero restrictions.

Everyone knows that a good few years down the line, cinemas will have gone from strength to strength.
They'll evolve once more to provide the sort of sensory and social experience that is just impossible to recreate at home.
It's just panicked shorts, trolls as well as Netflix and mask investors who will want you to think otherwise.
I'm in this and holding for at least another three to five years.
No brainer investment once we get the doors open.
Even at £1 this will look a steal in years to come.

My position is that i like movies.
And eating.

Barring any news out of the blue, I think the next big thing to effect the sp here will be two weeks today when Boris outlines his roadmap for recovery.
If it looks like we can be open restriction free with a definite timescale, then expect a good jump for all leisure and retail stocks.
However, I can see him allowing indoor entertainment returning but with the (not good enough) percentage restrictions on capacity and masks again for a while.
How the market will react to that, I'm unsure.
Good that we're open. Not good enough for footfall.
We all know what happens in the U.S is of primary concern but the sp reacts to UK news as it gets swept along with market sentiment for the sector as a whole.
Hopefully though, Boris delivers clear and precise timings for opening up the economy without restrictions sector by sector with Cali & NY following up similarly within the month.

With approx 35 million in the U.S already vaccinated, they are on course to have everyone sorted by summer along with us here in the UK.
If it's just the over 50's / vulnerable then they'll hit that even sooner.
We just have to hope that if both governments try to keep enforced (nothing social about it) distancing or masks going once the numbers are at rock bottom, the media and big business absolutely put the pressure on.
Absolutely no need for it anymore and it's doing my box in, regardless of being a Cine shareholder or not.

Although we here in the UK and the U.S might have sorted ourselves out with the vaccines, the E.U is way behind us.
Can't see there being much chance of holidays to continental sunshine this year.
So Britain will probably see a bumper number of people staycationing and the cinema will be a big draw for families.

In addition to that, in an article from The Telegraph, Rishi Sunak is determined to get the economy open as soon as possible. To quote again: "An ally of Mr Sunak said that his views were 'that this is the last time we do this (lockdown). This is the fat lady sings moments. We can't lockdown again"

We're flying out of this Covid cloud now.
It's thinning out.
And the governement has no appetite to go through this ever again.

There's no such thing as coincidence when it comes to the big hitters like those.
Similar to why I don't think it's any coincidence that the LTIP pays out Mooky a nice goodbye handshake in the event of any takeover.
