I think it got lost amongst the noise yesterday but on the webcast yesterday, they said that they hope to have the legal exchange with Cineplex settled out of court and 'around the end of June'.
That, for me, is a probable major headwind that was just casually batted away.
With that out of the way, and the U.S / U.K restriction free from mid summer, we really are finally flying into clear skies.

Interesting that Nisan just said that he expects a deal to be agreed between Cine & Plex around June time.
It was always thought it would be settled out of court but it would be great to get that out of the way much earlier than expected.

Is the exclusivity referring to their films just at Regal / Cine or does that apply to all cinema like AMC / Odeon.
Because it reads like they've done a deal with Cineworld only. Are their films exclusive to just our cinemas for a bit?
Maybe I need a shower and to shake my head but I'm not fully grasping what that means!

It's just following the wider market sentiment.
These fluctuations are expected. Like turbulence on a plane journey. Nervous newbies question every rattle and bump.
The experienced flyers don't bat an eyelid.
For this share, eyes should be on California.
Where LA is expected to meet the criteria for dropping down to the orange tier tomorrow. Or Weds morning our time.
Hold that for three weeks and we can open up at 50% capacity in early April.

Just my opinion but I reckon the shorts will wait to see the outcome of the court case in September (if it even gets to court in the first place).
That's the last hurdle for Cineworld before the course clears up.
After that, I expect financial results to improve one after the other over the months and years slowly but surely.
I can only think shorters are hanging their quickly diminishing hopes on that.
