Agreed. Seems to me the s/p was being used to fulfil these purchases. Mm’s don’t necessarily hold huge stock( although they can) and have to fish for it to fulfil buyers-especially to keep their business.
I always stay open minded re. direction of shares. BP has made a fortune and my very efficient Trinidad oilie has gone down a lot because of the fiscal tax regime stealing profits! And Ncyt because this deeply disgustingly corrupt government won’t pay for goods and services to the company that saved their covid skins.
So I am prepared to wait and see and expect nothing to happen because I want it to.

But the price is often held by mm’s at request of favoured clients and much ..a great deal..is decided behind closed doors.

Yes Risky. Some interesting repeat number purchases and some large buys too which could be retail or whatever..or shorts buying back. The shorting position has reduced massively . Figures given on here yesterday for April. . Impossible to know who is buying of course.

Their lawyers will have a case set out. They have to put it into writing and present it to the Defendant’s lawyers by a stipulated date. Maybe 2 months—an estimate.
It does not mean that case holds water. It can be a fabrication or distortion of the truth. ( I have seen it many times). Yes it can be in order to delay paying or pressure the defendants more in negotiations. Fortified castle or not, it’s all a legal game played by specific rules. It doesn’t mean at all that their case holds water.
I have had many such incidents albeit not for this amount. At present I have a total (!) fabrication passed to my solicitors . It is common practice. Ncyt must believe in their chances which solicitors have to accept as over 50% or will not represent you.

The govt. has handled covid appallingly from the very very beginning. I have been involved via my MP from March 2020. DHSC would sometimes take 6 months to reply to him. Care homes??? Hospital treatment with people left in corrodors( allegedly under govt. advice) , Partygate(!!) , failed and expensive track and trace joke, Cummings, Evidence staring at them pre-lockdowns etc etc. 3 of today’s BBC headlines are about corrupt behaviour by MP’s. Most of them are ok and some very good-like mine, but under poor poor leadership, corruption magnifies.
It has disgusted me right through and Boris should not escape regardless of Ukraine.
This is just another example of profit or self-needs being put before what is right.
To sue the very company which provided the pcr tests shows the vicious corruption of our first world government. I am not a conspiracy theorist. I have been involved in politics all my life and never have I come across a more integrity-vacant bunch..and I have met many in person..so I resigned Party membership 2020. They are truly more corrupt than any govt. I have ever known( and there has always been corruption). Yes it actually does stink. And they have been found out too.

Re. funding, it’s a hard job. Capital markets are hard work at times. I don’t expect any news unless it’s a fait accompli..Schluss..finished and agreed.
It is business after all.
But with so many pipelines in the pipeline, it’s hardly the highest risk pharma. It is one with the most promise. SNG only has interferon -beta, and the market savaged it ( unfairly I feel). 4D is highly diversified in its trials and the illnesses it is addressing.
I’m not in Lala Land but I feel funding will be high(est) on the BOD’s priorities.
It’s a hard time right now though with Nutter Vlad and deluded Zero-covid China.
