I think it is stil important to look at the last RNS. And see the other irons in the fire( as made clear many times by Porky and others who are investors in the company and not random visitors). When a s/p drops, it is easy to sow fear and dostress. Usually for a reason. Anyone who cared in reality would have messaged a year ago.
Things are more positive than ever but the s/p is dismal. So is the stock market right now , here , in US and elsewhere.
Best to switch off if worried.
Or give in and sell. But live with it. Don’t look back.

This is the stock market. Duncan can’t seem overly concerned on a podcast….he cannot impart any concern! I watched the BOD of BLOE to a great presentation to win investors, but the overramping of prospects on one well led me away. BOD’s cannot give a hint of concern . Like a politician winning votes. It is the content of what is said that matters…nothing else
(Atm it is a hard macro global time like I said yesterday. 4D is following biotec and Nasdaq and general trend.
But it is really the content of that actually matters. Not the modus presenti. Good content? Attract and retain investors. Product not process. It’s what the company are doing that matters. Funding is until end of 2022 btw

Markets all down. Choe Bolatility Index flying. Vix fear index. All indices down. Nasdaq again..what a drop over last few weeks! It’s all a bit overdone. It’s what stocks do. US stocks ( DJ) bit overpriced anyway. Oil down ‘cos of Saudi lowering price to compete with ‘pro’ Russia buyers. Stocks do this. Overreact both ways to anything seen as more than a blip. China does take the biscuit though! Ridiculous zero covid policy. It’s like trying to stop the wind. Immunity and booster vaccines and covid integration is the only way. What will they do in the winter?? Lockdowns there are chopping demand. Even Vlad the Impaler has lost a market if they’re locked in! So it’s not surprising it’s all down in doom and gloom. US inflation at 8.5% in April. Interest rates threatening recession. Apart from covid, been here before, haven’t we? Nazi Russian oppression is horrific but so was the war in the Balkans when Tony had to send in troops. Iraq2003. Lehmans 2008. Black Monday in the Eighties? Been here before. So hard to know. The mm’s were satisfying their chums late in play today. They held at 36p to buy for a very longvtime and suddenlyvramped it up 6% just before 4:00 to 38.2 ( retail) to sell. Those big trades may be accumulated sells. It’s what they do. 6% is a lot of profit in a day. I was wondering why they were holding it at 36p so long. By G** I have got to know their games. The endemic City corruption is vile.
Or I may be wrong and they are buys :-)

Hi RobinsMany many shares are highly controlled at different time. You might find a company share is manipulated at one time and not at another. The marketeers choose carefully according to many variables. They like shares with no stamp duty. Aim is a good target. But even ftse 250’s ( Ferrexpo) or ftse 100 ( plus 500/Glencore etc) are targeted but harder to manipulate as big volumes. Many Aim shares are manipulated, but I have never seen one more so than 4D, I must admit.

This is bot-controlled as usual. Regularly reset, but set up and reacting to trades in an auto-bot fashion. Vacuous market . Set up for ultra short - term daily City profit.I accept it but detest it.de

They are calculated tradrs imo.Either the last dregs of SO, or a shorter perhaps wishing to bring price down on a vulnerable share. I doubt anyone is selling at any profit here. They are repeat round amounts , suggesting not retail.

100%. My point exactly. Regardless of our reactions to Masterchump, this share is worth quids! ToThose who boughtbin at 30-40p might flog at £1 but not I ( and many others). This is indeed worth quids.

From what I have read, I bet there are one or two on here who would not be willing to settle for £1.
£1.50 more tempting .
But even then….it’s up to each of them to assess risk/reward.

No news can mean very good news.
And with 100% certainty I can say that there would be some shareholders unwilling to take £1. I am just below and would not for a start. I know others above £1. Either way, no-one could possibly know all shareholders would agree. I know some at £1.10p Placing price. Either way, it’s an utter impossibility to know all shareholders would agree. You just can’t. No-one could know that because we can’t know every single investor and their portfolio.. And the BOD may well hang on in . They paid £1.10p and in spite of 53p options, it’s not a real reward . But certainly , I would estimate it’d be the majority that would accept after this pain but some would certainly hang in.
Some may be happy to leave their nest egg in a new science which could genuinely multibag, especially if they don’t need the money. Why not reject £1 and wait for real returns? There would absolutely be some shareholders who would not agree to £1 . But it’d probably get voted through yes.

Yes nice trade action. I am just suspicious of the AT bots that ultimately control this price. Only news wil mean a fundamental riise. Unless the traders want it to rise, in which case it’ll randomly do so.Some nice steady buying though.

Personal view:- I await news on refinancing, not on a buyout. Buyouts seem logical when share price suppressed long term, and make sense, but end up wishful thinking to buoy spirits. Certainly very feasible and sensible at yhis level yes, I just find they often don’t materialise. But anything could be going on. And what I think is irrelevant.

Can’t really respond re. takeover. I never expect anything in the stock market. So many shenanegans behind closed doors feathering own nests. I remain open.
Today is strange. A lot of 50k shares sells ( and a few 40/30)which are anathema to me. Not for profit certainly. Done to bring price down. By whom?

Curiously, there is a trader(s) trying to bring price down with 50/40/30k shares.Interesting.If it were for profit, they would have sold before. So some other motive.To buy back cheaper?Just a personal analysis of the trades. It’s why price has dropped. Quite a few buyers but smaller amounts.In a histus right now ( Valhalla/Sargasso) in a trading range being manipulated for personal needs. Good time to buy this cheap I would say.As Usual I sadly can’t.

Another possibility for today is shorters closing. Just worth bearing in mind.
