Also the BOD’s £1.10 was not all it seems. Most of it was profit from a mich much smaller ampint of money they invested previously at a much much cheaper share price. Hardly a second mortgage. So we mistn’t overestimate. And they have some juicy free pptions at 63p.
So let’s stay real and not prostrate ourselves. I leep saying…we have suffered enpigh. Avoid more if we can.

Shareholders should empower themselves here. We have hardly been communicated with, and can just wake up to a fundraising at some stage which we don’t want but have permitted by not voting or allowing Res. 9.
It’s our call.
40% dilution was more acceptable , but we were not asked if we would be willing to entertain 100% . So our vote is our oly communication. Sadly I feel the CBA factor will come into play and many shareholders won’t vote at all. Management usually rely upon this and factor it in.
I’m afraid we really must look after ourselves as no-one else will.

I just meant that what is promised in the great wide world out there should often be seen sceptically.
I was being clinical about something which is horrendous and horrific and only meant to not be naive.
I have been naive in the stock market and learned my lessons about the stock market. That’s why I urge deliberation and rejection of 100% as I see the argument of strengthening hand but also see the permission it gives to do something I reject.

Definitely worth all shareholdees reading resolution 9 and its justification in full.
I do not support prostrating myself however for a potenntial 100% dilution which is.quote.. “ in the interests of the company”. Hard time to raise capital? Often is. But not at our potential expense. Leave it at 40% and I might have accepted it.
Why trust that this will not be used??
I too want to see a finance body support this share. The market will make us pay severely if 100% dilution is a possibility.
This is whyvI will not accept it and utilise my UK pre-emption rights.

I personally do not see 100% dilution as a back-up for negotiation. I see it as a back-up for reality. No other option( ?) , create more shares ( 100%). Yes one could see it as a strengthening of the hand, but negotiations shoudn’t need dilution as a leverage. I knew Putin was going in and not just playing political leverage games. I feel that 4D want the option of 100% dilution and I am not a willing participant unless they give me good reason to be…and they have communicated nothing as yet. The AGM is too late. A bit poor ( imo).

I do thing shareholders must, whatever is the case, need to put themselves and their needs first. Shareholders ( unless very short-termies which many here are!) need to realize that they are exceedingly seldom taken into consideration and are most frequently tapped for cash as and when, or just cannon fodder. Not prejudice speaking. Just much much experience and most of all the truth.
Do not expect to be cherished by the BOD.
Hence watch your back and be as clinical as is necessary. You will not be looked after.IMO it is an important thing to make clear.

Happy to be wrong. More important that reality is clear. I do not want to promote something incorrect. Mhighbar initially led me to this resolution 2 weeks ago.(?) He is of the same opinion …but no way do I wish to pass the buck. If I have it right , ok. If I have it wrong, I need correcting.

Robins:- I am with H/L and you just ring them up and they pass on your vote. I personally accepted all resolutions except No.9 which, regardless of what happens, is in my view deeply insensitive to shareholders.
As for being able to buy in the marketplace…there can be Placings which exclude shareholders. They are not on the daily open market but are on offer. That would be unfair. Essentially the BOD must have excluded shareholders for a reason, and not to consult as to why is another arrow in the back. There would be no reason to exclude present shareholders if we could just buy back. Why even mention it?
Either way, shareholders have suffered enough and the BOD need to know this.
