It may be that loan facilities have been suddenly revoked. Very possible and bad.
If company going private, why suddenly. But it would explain sudden trashing of share price in unnecessary interview in order to get cheap price. Offer less to investors.
Suspension of shares is usually on the back of assets being frozen by a bank or creditor. That’s my guess.

You don’t offer a Placing and suspend the share.

To have a loan revoked and go bust is the disaster.

I think Duncan should not be a focus per se. His last interview was very positive and up eat. He really sold his passion. This time was more sombre, like he had an agenda to paint a bleak picture in order to win over investors’ votes. He is very good at selling 4D but not when he has chosen to harp on about market conditions.
He knows his stuff and has been very good.

Novacyt did exactly (!!!) the same.Almost to a tee. It is not illegal as by law something must be proven. So much is corrupt in the Coty and is unproveanle. He knows this. Hence the presentation , which was unnecessary. Nothing was actually presented to investors, new or old, except negative things. This was planned and certainly could never be proven as illegal.

This was 100% intentional.
Just listen to the previous interview.
People should be asking why?? He can’t be jailed for this. His aim in the long run is to be very rich at our cost of course. Reality is reality.

It is clear he wanted and wants the price down.
1) to get rid of as many pesky p/i’s as possible.
2) to allow favoured buyers cheap entry
3) because he can afford to look very long term as he earns enough
4) because he does not care at all about well-being of shareholders. Not a jot. I believe this fundamentally.
5) because he has another plan I of course am oblivious to.
6) he does not have a clue

I have now come to the clue that he used Machiavellian tactics to crash the price intentionally. The previous interview was so positive. This was intentionally destructive. I have zero doubt

And 100% convinced he gave a downbeat presentation on purpose.
No answer to emails.
No answering one of my questions at presentations or others.
This is all pre-planned.
He absolutely wanted the share price to plummet.
Outrageous but he knows he can get away with it.
It’s what comes next that matters.
