It is important for shareholders now to form a PROPER and organized action group and not just filter off.
This week it needs to be organized. I will try to accumulate those interested this week.

I receive £419 a month pension from the 12 years I did on contract. It pays the Council tax ( £265) and leaves a smidge. That’s how it is.

Interlink will have a modus operandi. And will have to negotiate woth Oxford’s administrator too. Oxford will try to get their cash at all costs and will have no ethical interests.Interlink will look at ways of trying(!) to keep a going concern. Compromise and bullying negotiations are the way forward in these things. We are bottom of the pile though and it is sensible not to expect.
The weekend? Mine has been trying to manage the lump of lead in my stomach and the radical life- change ahead.
But I know how cit-throat all parties can be…including 4D. I think DP has shown either intense duplicity or incredible irresponsibility . I am a fool, but Woodford was known in 2015 as the Pied Piper as he did so well and sucked so many in. Same has happened here.
Such a loss of good decent lifesaving medicine if this goes under. The people whose lives it could extend or save, and it all comes down to clammy Oxford Finance , inept finance managementand administration.
I am gutted personally due to my life-changing loss. But I have discovered many others are too. Perhaps not as life-changing, but lost large ampunts here. LTH’s too.

Inlike the idea but think that unless Interpath can invoke the Corporate and Governance Act upon Oxford, they will demand a firesale of any and all assets which will be picked up by vultures including Merck who are probably in on it anyway.
Liverpool only wanted £2m. Oxford want $13. DP has probably spent the 7.5m in cash as a deposit. So how on Earth will 4D raise that?
Interpath are professionals but Oxford are vultures and DP has been incompetent. I can see Interpath paying off all creditors and having nothing for shareholders. Only because these vultures always win unless there is a protective act invoked allowing refinancing andcprotection from the creditor. Like Article 11. But if DP is in on this too, then it’ll all be sewn up anyway.

You are a good man. I never follow tips on chatsites . But it is good of you . This has been my last foray. Shares have fuined my health for 8 years now. This is the coup de grâce. It was our future. My fault of course. I have been wiped out in shock for 2 days now and done nothing. Amazing how it can affect you. Yes 64 not 34! I will never make that back. State pension in 2 years but I don’t want it to be a miserable 2 years. I have no income due to health problem but now will have to look.
It is wicked what they have done.
I thank you for being who you are-a decent guy helping someone you don’t know.
Giving to the deserving is what my life has always been about ( teacher). (Teaching has now changed into a factory line , especially upper schools, but it’s the intelligent caring that reslly assists people, not just exam results. )
We now have to cut our cloth.

Plenty of investors-myself included-would love to know about risk when things go well!! Me and many others. You can’t know every investor so can’t say what you said.

And when things go wrong…well believe me-plenty like me have not whinghed that no-one mentioned the risks. Not once.
You can’t generalise about human beings.The basic principle of psychotherapy. Generalising is an error.
I -and I’m sure many many others-were happy to be aware of rosks absolutely. And have not whinged that no-one said.
There will be lots of people at all places on the spectrum. Can’t generalize. At £1.10p I would have embraced more knowledge about risk ( like many sensible others I am sure) and many of us here have notbonce said “ wish someone had told us of the risks”!!! All people I have read here have taken full responsibility. No offence again..but too simplified ergo incorrect.

Life enormous. Health already poor ( and I am a sports and martial arts instructor for 45 years so have not neglected it!!!) The issues are serious chronic anxiety/depression and stress makes it much worse. Why not be honest? It’s something I have no choice but to deal with. Tried absolutely everything(!!) for 45 years. Losing £400k in 2016 concretised it
So to hear about health being important is like telling a grannie to suck eggs. Events like this usually worsen health!!!
Big errors come from bad decidions. Error. Error.

Some have conditions.
There is incredible simplicity being shown here.
Health is wealth . FGS of course!!!
But money has implications as does a sudden absence of it.
I have a degree and post-grad in psychology and am trained psychotherapist. But I don’t even need a GCSE in PSHE to realize that!! Please!!
