I have lost shirt off my back. And expect to get nothing back. Because Oxford are onto a winner by defaulting. Any alternative would be up to a year yes.
A defensive statute against a creditor would have to be imposed and shielded by a court. It exists and Interpath would know.
I will contact Interpath Monday.
But it is only through legal leverage that Oxford can be prevented from forcing admin. They care not for anything but profit. I have been here before. And prevailed. But it was Trinidad and Tobago protective statute. We have the same but will Interpath use it?? Like Article 20 in the US. It works. But will they use it?!?!?

Interpath are interesting. But I wonder whether they would be able to negotiate, via Duncan, a pay off of the $13m plus further funding. Oxford may insist on a fire sale. The Corporate and Governance Act 2020 may or may not be valid. Best not to hope I guess.

Watched presentation again. Duncan and Doyle gave nothing away. No negativity shown. It was just an ordinary virtual conference and Duncan did not show a thing. I think he was not expecting rug to be pulled. He was actually very positive about the products and progress and his team.So yes he was positive and showed nothing. But he spoke negatively about challenging markets and did not answer market -based questions at all. Hence the drop. He himself was perfectly positive about the science and company but negative about the market conditions.
I think Oxford took advantage.
Our money? Gone. Life totally changed this end…so am severely wholly gutted .
I think Merck will pick up the pieces and the work will go on. In shock yesterday. Inshock today. Life permanently changed. 85% of capital gone. My bad
Interpath will salvage for the creditors I feel. Shareholdes are at the bottom.
Have to draw a line though and live with it.

Today has been hellish here

Had to write thesis about body language for post grad. Had to study it for a year. Theirs was just normal for them. . Nothing out off the ordinary. Same as any virtual meeting. They displayed nothing . Same as all other virtusl meetings I have seen. They were just downbeat about the debt options and obsessed with it and shareholders’ votes and had nothing good to say. Didn’t answer questions. Same body language as you get anywhere. So easy to read wrong stuff in. It was the content or lack of it. Body language was neutral. Just negative contaent.

There may be great truth in that. I can see it. It was either orchestrated or just a moronic blunder.

When a creditor calls a company into admin as is in their contractual rights, a company cannpt just liquidize assets. They only have cash. Admin is immediate. Duncan may be an as* but he has only had one day of admin. Although I am convinced he knew well over a few weeks ago. Definitely on Tuesday.
My personal belief-right or wrong-is that hevonly cares for himself….treatments or not. His last interview was very narcissistic if upbeat.

Still wouldn’t trust Duncan to give a bean back to shareholders though. Sorry just so angry. It’s not Oxford. They always had the choice.

sell assets on the cheap. Shareholders get nothing. Interpath Advisory are not a govt. admin and specialize in trying to mediate. Nothing guaranteed and I would not trust Duncan one inch -he set this up. But they are worth reading about if you can tolerate the inanely meaningless marketing drivel. Laughable. No guarantees, especially not with Duncan and Doyle…utter incompetents…but worth looking at Interpath. Me? I see it as a big set up.Incompetence that led to stupid decision for q and a which was possibly all part of the set up. Don’t forget Duncan used to work in the City.

If he had any idea of what he has caused, he would not have taken us for a ride.
I knew he had an agena on Tuesday and said so but did not expect full shafting. I have no doubt he has a plan to get his own personal capital back. After the damage he has caused, I think he has a heart of ice regarding our emptional and general wellbeing. Utterly incredible. He had this all planned. I saw it on Tuesday and so did the markets. But did not think he could be so callous. Oxford did not spring this on him.
