Thanks for response Dawski. This is much more high risk than when I entrred at the takeover. Yes it is frankly scary when you have much invested. Agonizing to be on a huge loss but scary to think you could lose all. Your answers to/ opinions on the Daera questions and opinions on timelines would be valuable if you have them. All the best.

Interesting posts. I am aligned with Set. re. share price recovery and also agree that ii’s can be happy with a 100% sell off at 0.6 and we can’t really know one way or the other.Different takes on where we are..but like Set. I experience my holding massively reduced in value and respond with some caution. I have nothing of value to bring exceptthat we are here and sit out or sell. I sit . Again. Still.That or crystallize the loss. Positive intelligent posts keep me going in hope when I look in that dark bottom drawer.

I respect whatamess for directly asking Dawski. A reply seems in order.
It may be that some have sold out -or it may be a consequence of the dilution? Either way a reply seems appropriate.

Not before.Any news was available before 4:00. The sunken price seems a little displaced from information or reality. Stob is very very easily massaged both up and down by random AT manipulation as a stamp duty free share. May be election -related. But certainly pushed down here by intent. I like most others am sitting on a substantial loss of course. Can’t see it reviving until after election. Don’t know about Southend finances( Company House). Surely these were not released at dead-on 4.00 Monday.

I’m very unhappy with the share price too and performance through 2019 has been poor.
However ...Scada is valid and valuable. Horizontal and high angle wells are good and tge norm elsewhere. Hedging is sensible. We paid off their debt by proxy yes. But they are up against an ignorant government full of deadvpromises that just want to tax. It is hatd. The share price teflects the tax and WTI and steady selling. The company has been quite astute. I don’t like big wages on poor share performance but I can’t affect that or anything else. A dividend is feasible. Prob not this year. I’m holding on by skin of teeth too and am retired so no income . It’s hard. Sellers still active hence drop today. It’s not really as doom and gloom as you say though althpugh I agree with much. Low production and certification as well as outages do not help do they.
We hang in there or we sell out at big losses. Oil is not trendy but is at an all time undervaluation. These often recoil. Particularly on unexpected geopolitical events. I’m hanging in too.

Trin works quietly and systematically since new management 2015. Production slowed for several reasons. High angle and eventually horizontal wells will be implemented where appropriate. This one looks good. Bopd should reach desired 3400 end of year. WTI sliding again but it diminishes Opec’s effect so suits the US paper dealers who control price. Scada seems to be planned for almost all wells. More drilling Q1. SPT is headwind but hedging below $56 helps. There are large buyers finally interested. See Friday. So all is not lost. Books are solid. Cash?? Dividend or acquisition methinks . Also needed for w. capital re. drilling.
Not for offshore. That’ll need farm-in( no more cash-calls we are assured).
S/p still weak. Company solid. Riding out headwinds atm.but making progress. They tend to work very quietly so we have no idea what might be brewing in background. 6 yrs in here shown that. BOD are highly efficient re.business( unlike previous) . We have suffered but here’s to hoping.........

Set I . Glad you fine ! Appreciate your take on it. Yes I am one of those medium holders well under. Assume you are too. I will just go with it all . The other share has stabilised as it is ridiculously financially solid in all ways but against many headwinds. 70% loss there still . And 10% forebearance left . Looking to a recovery very soon though so you might want to consider. Very very cheap atm. By G** I know the ins and outs of the company and its environment better than I know some of my family ( not immediate family!!) . I joke not. Let us hope Snowman is right and you and I finally see some big blue. It’s hard after such a fall and I have been taken for so many rides on this mortal coil that it is personally hard to find optimism. So I tip my hat all the more readily to you Mr. Snowman. I like to be uplifted as I think my naivity and optimism have been squished out by the real world . So I appreciate your optimism all the more. Thank you.

Thank you. Lack of perspicacity I feel. Not enough honest communication. I think this is my 4th Placing in Infa. To sit at 0.3p with a very large number of shares at double the price is very depressing. Especially as it is same with my other investment. But at least they are book-solid. Infa just seems eternal promise after promise. And then a new diversion that needs more cash. I was in RBS when they did the same. A certain gung-ho about it. Your argument had occurred to me . JW should never have taken it on if true. Adrian P should’ve made I’mgee’s viability clear . This has turned into a mish-mash eating cash. H and W will be big cash-munchers as will those wanting to line pockets in the new European connection. Seen it before. Shareholder pays for it all.
This doesn’t mean that what I say is right....just all I can interpret as yet. All the promised news leading to a new venture which costs . And where does the money come from? And is the info leaked? ( every time).It is very hard for a private investor to feel valued in today’s market. All out for themselves...which I guess is par for the course.
Some concrete news to back up dilution could not come at a better time.
It’s the eternal promises as much as the growing red number that I find depressing.

I visit infrequently as the losses are painful in spite of averaging down somewhat in this Placing. But just means holding more!! Value your take.

My opinion regarding sprinting before walking still stays. I know many disagree but I feel the company would’ve been on a steadier footing having stuck to Islandmagee. I don’t need to be disagreed with as I know I am.
As an infrequent visitor here I am still perplexed by the ongoing ongoing cash-cow calls. And the ever-increasing networking complexity in different companies. Rhetorical...who is paying for all of this. I came in at takeover at more than 1p. I have averaged down but now hold nearly half of JW’s holding. And am losing much indeed at 0.3p. I assume others are in this position (?) I am aware of those few who have been here from very early days btw.
It still seems “ promises promises” to me. It is a subjective viewpoint. I am not attacking anyone’s optimism. I have decided not to crystallize losses and to be hopeful. However the big red number just gets bigger .
The two large trades after hours confuse me. They are at a buy price. Other tradrs are hard to classify but many large ones are buys as I tracked the market price Friday.All very confusing. Large sells too.
Trouble is...the more shares in circulation the harder a share recovery becomes in most market cases.
I welcome informed optimism. I guess most are on losses.

Trin BOD will not consider it. Have been told only last week that they do not believe it adds to share price growth. I do not agree but have no choice as they have refused that option.
We are therefore on the hands of a heartless sellers’ market.

Perhaps time to add tomorrow at these levels. Divvy conservation ultimately makes company more stable and increases cash generation from continued non-core asset sales ( no longer going out as div).
