Yes registered shareholders unchanged. Whoever sold ( and is selling) did so at cracking losses as this came back at 7.5p after refinancing Jan 2017.
Directors’ purchases April 17th were about £200k at 5.5-6p I think. They can’t lose at that price so we don’t need to be grateful !! Should’ve done it much earlier....now we are in a 30 day closed period. Why?? Doh .

Trin has many sellers . One or more active at the moment. Low volume share. One of main reasons it is where it is.
As a business it is sharp as a knife and incredibly efficient with $26 b/e and hedging bonus below $50, but the market doesn’t care. Just interested in trading.
Probably one of the most-if not the most-undervalued share in AIM. Thanks 4 info-not looked yet though.

Yes there have been one or more block sellers. Relentless. I think Mitie holdings but also others -institutionsl or large private. Relentless and frustrating all last and this year and driven this low volume share down to where it is.

I know this company too too bloody well now. But knowing its intricacies os smpowering and can help others too. Trouble is that the shareholder phenomenon of a quick buck just keeps the share price down. Holding for longer allows it to accrete in value but we have become a nation of fast-food sellers .

If oil gets to $40 Q2 that’ll set Q4 up nicely for a rebalance.

I should’ve exited 2 yrs ago but got caught by the stealthy Placing and then the Saudi/Kashoggi/Trump-inspired oil crash. Trin never recovered. 9-13p all last year.
Where we are now is 2p below refinancing price. Atotal steal.

Great time to buy a solid stable company with SPT out of the way all being well. Averaged over 3 months. It’d have to get over 50 for well over 6 weeks to be payable so Q2 might not be drizzling with money but if WTI makes it over $40 that’ll be decent

Ave 22% SPT above $50.01
Hedging Jan-June gives $6 a barrel bonus for 50% of production if below $50 WTI.
Hedging 25% of production rest of year. Trin has done well with an ave received of around $44 a barrel Q1

Trin will have made serious money Q1 because of March WTI and prudent hedging yoelding $6 a barrel in March.
Royalties in March also reduced.

Yes it has been devastating on health. No exaggerration nor indulgence therein . True nightmare on self and family. But it is how it is. You have empathy and wisdom . Nature and freesh air and activity are hugely underrated. But you are right.

Trin is solid and strong and will benefit for perhaps Q1 and 2 from no SPT. The govt. is inept sobI don’t expect anything. Empty promises re spt reform. They are only interrsted in not losing election bit if they don’t balance books then hopefully will lose. Like Trump. Shale in trouble. Yes Saudi are right. They have to do this . No more bullying by US or Russia. Low pil prices for quite a while now. Until shale breathes final breath.....pnly to return if oil goes above $45. Fine line. Time they went down once and for all though. US caused all of this. As much as I hate Putin and Saudi. The US put selves first and started the crash and the whole mess we are in. They deserve to go down.

As you know I have been here since day one of company which has meant I know all there is you could know as an investor but also means I am losing a lifetime’s earnings and lost such on gold and oil 2014-6. . Averaged from £1:20 down to 19.5p. It’s done me in and I am a shipwreck. But it’s part of my rocky adventure-the norm for me.

The RNS was needed. Trinity finally saw sense in communicating to us and the market. To buy now is like buying at refinancing which I did with my pension pot. Wish I had sold at 28.5p but that rear-view mirror is a hair-shirt !!!
I can’t buy and have lost by having to cash in just to get by.
But it was a top-quality RNS. Possibly their best. A reassurance to skittish investors who don’t know the truth. They have weaknesses-particularly communicating to the populace and lack of buyback. But descriptively it told the story of their stability. PPT was already known. 75% no longer 100%. The hedging at these prices was fascinating. Reduction of royalties below $ 50/40 was an education. Top quality story told in detail. Little left out except details of onshore drilling plan . That’ll come in 4 weeks .
Thank goodness they have finally seen the light and broken RNS-aversion. Been hammering at this for years. Prudently timed and informative updates are the essence of the new market-particularly AIM. I hope Bruce stays with this mindset. They are not unnecessary white noise. Professionally released ones are nourishment. No better time.

We have passed that point. This has a risked Net Asset Value of 42p. Unrisked 34p
This has been the case for over a year.
The assets are huge.
It is a low volume share which has been driven down intentionally or unintentionally by relentless sells. Perfectly timed in fact.
To go lower than this-which any share can do-would be like buying a house in Mayfair for 50 grand. It has gone betond a joke. Immaculately run company which pays no heed to the new type of market or its modi operandi. TXP does. Hence 42p from 11p 3 months ago. He who dares wins. Playing too safe and burying head in sand leads to losing investors. I’m sure the company and all its workers are committed and diligent. The technology and costs and hedging are second to none. But it’s not how the market works...even in the very long run. I repeat...even in the very long run the way it is ..Scada or not. Haw or not.. It’ll take 7,000 bopd from Tgal to budge this.
They need to market the company in its present form and pre-sell its prospects to awary audience. Other companies do it. You can’t do that sitting in an offivce or by a drill rig. Or get the companies whom you employ to do it for you. It’s called PR.
Corona has dented it also. But it’s modus operandi precludes “ unnecessary” marketingvwhich is necessary.
As a company it is sound as a pound.
But who knows it???

Seen MD’s holding nearly halve. Seen ALL shareholders go. Except for one still here apart from me. Seen shareprice go to nearly half pf Placing price. What is really going on? It’s a ship that’s tight and waterproof and immaculately managed. But it’s gutless and rudderless.

I have had constant ongoing communication with everyone from the MD to the Bod. Analyst Cenkos. PR Walbrook. Even personal communication with Simon T. Been to almost every meeting. Can’t do more than that.
But I am left feeling the share price is an irrelevance and nothing will be done to address it. Great production business. But it’s like Beuce Lee said...” if you’re pointing at the moon , don’t look at the finger or you miss all that Heavenly glory”.
People ( shareholders not just groundworkers) matter. But you wouldn’t think so. Rigidity is its own worse enemy.
I’m willing and happy to be wrong. But I can only go on my 6 yrs experience. To be at 9p after all we’ve been theough is a disgrace.
