Share consolidations are usually poor for existing shareholders jag - impression of a more stable company is created by a seemingly respectable sp but the real story is always in the mcap which is unchanged then the dilution keeps running and new sp keeps dropping.

Consolidation is often smoke and mirrors for further damaging dilution to come.

Don't forget there was a capital reorganisation in 2015 consolidation shares by 1:100

2. Spod value less than extraction won't fly

Hence why spod recovery in Q3 likely to be key along with the need for financing from SC or affiliates to make this fly while currently not financially viable.

I'm not sure what answer you are looking for. Do you tink extraction costs in year old PFS will be lower, same or higher?
Do you think achievable spod sale price will be lower, same or higher than 680 assumed in PFS?

You just need to apply the information to your thoughts on the matter then act accordingly.

Strongly advise all to look at the published RNSs and aske them selves searching questions.

How hard have we worked? Reading some RNS's and clicking some icons. Some not even that much I'd wager.

Johnny1234, go through the RNs's and look for PFS. From memory it relies on spod sales at $680 and total extraction and supply costs of $430.

Q3 2021 should see spod values recover but in the meantime the financials make this highly speculative and to make any cash on it you'll have to either have

a) LT view and strong stomach for risk
or
b) mentality to trade on spikes

Read each posters comments carefully and decide which camp they are in and what their agenda is before making any decisions.

As a bare minimum read the relevant RNS's and get your calculator out

I invest on a longer timescale so generally look 50 vs 200 but accept that for quicker moving investments like this one seems to be 10 vs 50 is better. Agree on MACD, also MFLOW is good (to be expected with this buy pressure) however RSI is a little high. On a 4 hourly plot we are due for a golden cross of 50 vs 200 data points today.

Hopefully there's strength in this surge. 0.45 ask now may be 0.56 by Friday close. Just a guess. Assume I know nothing and you wont be far from the truth

On its way to dbl average volume and its still morning. Also noteworthy is the 50 day MA is 0.29p vs 0.96p 200 day MA. As I understand it, when the 50 day MA crosses the 200 day MA this is a technical buy signal and the current volume and buying pressure is dragging the 50 day MA up which obvs happens faster than the turnaround in the 200 day MA so assuming something is going on in the background driving this volume and buying pressure good thinks will come to those who wait and hold.

126.25 for me, averages my sp upwards but good time to accumulate imo, low downside in short term with no further clinicl trials which could go sideways (not that it would be my expectation) and a nasdaq listing in our furture opening us to a wider audience.

Can take a view on the more detailed aspects of the company again after listing is achieved. Impressive pipeline if any portion of it hits.

I’ve been holding EMH BCN for a year or so and now seeing benefits.

Top sliced some emh at 80p to enter ZNWD at around 12. Between the 3 there’s some fun to be had I think.

Lithium macro picking up nicely this year. Watch out for q3 I think. Glad I’ve got some positioning now.

Interesting discussion, I'm invested in both. As EMH is larger deposit with greater funding certainty etc and generally further ahead it may be possible that ZNWD is on EMH radar for purchase at some point. Would make sense, is all in EU, could be processed via single plant therefore synergising cost and reducing design burden and allow further scale up on EMH side while keeping life of mine.

Am watching that space with interest

Am invested on the other side of the mountain in EMH and also in BCN - the Lithium macro is finally turning and based on EMH growth am taking a small position here.

Was hoping for cheaper entry but don't think we'll be seeing sub 10p again. If we do I'm planning on adding.

Re: Slide 25 - what timescale does quickly mean? There are years between now and meaningful phase trials for PD I think.

Good pipeline and am invested (recently) for the long haul but we need to be realistic about how long these stories can take to unfold.

Slide 23 - if this ever gets to a meaningful therapy I can only imagine where this would take the company.
