a company can RNS whatever they want, yes, there are certain things they must do. BUT. they can RNS any positive news if they want. why would MKA not RNS it?

Of course they will RNS the funds coming into the bank. The commitment for Talaxis to inject funds is known, the receipt is not. given that they are almost the value of the current MC, i would deem that be to both "material " from an audit perspective, and market sensitive. ....

... i don't agree with it though. i still think that the nervousness surrounding Noble's financial position is holding us back to an extent. Ergo, once the funds are actually in our bank, and thus the BFS is fully funded; i believe that a re-rate will happen back up to fair value. Talaxis are valuing the business (AS-IS) at 24p a share, and they obviously see "value" at this level (their strategy guys will be professionals) - thus you could argue that the market value should be in excess of 24p, more like 30-35p. The market will react as the market reacts, but those are the financial investing FACTS.

It should be at least 24p , but this is AIM so could be 5p or 50p.

Hi mate . I invested there before the new CPR was due . Three years ago? I averaged down , again and again . Got my 0.5 p and ran . If you search my post history you will get the gist . I spent days looking into the company and just found lies after lies , who were craft 07 and uniserve ??? I got forensic accountants to search for them , they don't exist . No TR1s ever filed , hiding behind Cayman status . A made up JV ... The CPR never came . Contacted ex employees who said the gas wasn't there .. Umbongo was the big thing , then mothballed , Dino 2 .. yadayada ... they never publish flow rates ... seriously mate , its a total dog . (Caveat - I haven't looked there for months , maybe it's got better ..? ).

FRR is a total fraud though. BIG difference .
