So you lost money in MKA ? Is that why you are here saying it's overvalued? I am not a trader (12 months being a short term hold for me ) , charts are frankly useless for nano-caps . My first top slice point is 20p , so why would I sell at 12p? In my professional opinion the financial / business analysis points to this company being worth more than its current market cap. The rewards also outweigh the inherent risks . That's why I hold .

He obviously bought in on the spike at 12p plus, panicked when it didn't hit fair value within 2 days and sold on the way down. Thus he now has no interest, other that to see the SP held down to validate his decision to sell. FACT.

Hype is £1 p/s - 23p is a valuation based on sound principles. If all companies were valued on the same basis then the P/E ratio wouldn't exist . I have answered all of your questions . You haven't made one statement or opinion on the company . Myles is a regulated person and has to notify MKA when he sells as he holds >3% . Obviously he could sell and not tell anyone but I think the criminal penalties make that unlikely .

I pointed you in the direction of a professional investor who has a TR1 position in the company . I added the link . Based on fundamentals the company valuation is 23p a share . The disparity is due to the reasons I listed .

it's an imperfect market. Go and read some analysis on AIM and how the market operates. given your posting style i would doubt you will bother to open the link and read, so here some some the the issues as to why we are undervalued.... 1) <�20m MC driven by Retail investors 2) There is a lack of quality research and analysis on nano caps 3) lack of understanding 4) AIM is hype driven 5) retail investors are short sighted - creates constant stream of selling 6) a lack of institutional investor interest 7) online trolling and manipulation. 1) this is how micro caps finance projects 2) the equity on songwe hill on a free carry is pretty reasonable. The clue is in the title , "bankable " feasibility study . Once complete it is at a stage that you can borrow against . Talaxis are helping us get to that stage and putting up the hard cash to do so. MKA don't carry ANY of the risk from now . Please do SOME basic homework before trashing a stock . Wiki give a decent definition. market value is “the true underlying value” according to theoretical standards. The concept is most commonly invoked in inefficient markets . Well this is the most inefficient market in the planet . So let's do some basic maths and value the stock at what someone is willing to pay for it . DUH

You got in before last years results as I recall , posted endless ramping rubbish , got scared about something then sold out the day before the results and proceeded to become a know it all. no, nothing confirmed . although it has been confirmed that 1) the new TDL product is GPS enabled, 2) the blurred photo on their social media page last year is the new TDL and 3) it is being made available for sale in Feb.

for the new TDL. Maybe they don't want it known that a microcap company have better products than them..! looking at all the press for the other companies at BCW18, i can't understand why there isn't more of a fanfare.
