I totally disagree on the fact management knew . The issues they flag like share based payments are not something you can plug into sage line 50 (showing my age!) , they are technical IFRS requirement on valuation and require accounting judgement .

In fact , watch for a large delayed sell from yesterday , the FCA should be all over whoever that was .

The share based payments issue will undoubtedly be that they booked the cost at the underlying value of the shares rather than the (higher) fair value of the goods they bought . Pretty basic stuff but easy to cock up for a smaller company . Which is what we are . Tiny . Well undervalued .

Materiality on 5m revs is what ? At 1% that's 50k. Who cares . A few hundred thousand , who really cares . This is all about potential , for any doubters go and check the financials of CPX, SRT, SEE , TRAK. Etc. Slightly annoying , yes . Changes anything , no.

I think you are missing the point . Cash turns into a BFS, which turns into a more definitive valuation for Songwe , which turns into investment to bring it to production, which turns into a rev gen asset . The cash directly affects the valuation of the business .
