Not taking into account 3 projects (one that has attracted an investment valuing MKA at 24p) and a JV with proprietary IP.

I think you are wrong to call them cheap warrants . 2 years ago we were hoping and praying to get past 6p so that we could have a source of funding . The Directors pulled off an amazing deal, I as a LTH don't begrudge them or any of the partners for sticking with us .

Easier to get funding when you have a BFS completed (which we are fully funded for .)

if the Chinese take a larger equity stake in Noble, (currently 9%+), then after the BFS is produced, they will probably just throw MKA the $200m to take the mine to production. If the maths stack up, they wouldn't risk losing their effective monopoly on the control of supply of REE. HAPPY DAYS
