i have been looking at the wider market / competition. Interestingly , Bosch's US distributor / partner for the TDL (SpotSee) , categorizes its products into 4 main categories, Impact, Tilt, Vibration, Temperature. There are separate products available in each of these areas. ... then compare to what STAR can do with the Kylos Air/forever - All of the above... PLUS.. GPS tracking, (over Air / Land and Sea). How on earth can you be down about this potential deal? Frankly who cares if it's January or February? We are a TINY market cap , possibly entering into a deal with one of the biggest companies in the world. I don't think B have given out false info, in fact they have so much going on and this is just one small area of a multi billion pound business .

They have already shown the unit on social media and we have confirmed we are working with a major industrial. QUOTE from Bosch to me on email ".we are planning to launch an additional solution that will enable real time availability of the data as well as GPS based location . why is SRT valued so high when compared to other tech companies, e.g. SEE/TRAK/STAR . STAR is �4.5m MC and has similar revs.

I wouldn't assume Goldman and IIs are fully aware of what is and isn't true when it comes to TCM. For example proper DD would involve getting report on the key executives , which would obviously have flagged the CEOs past . One big fund got caught with their pants down on GBO .

investors here need to consider that the revenues may not be genuine (ala GBO), and if that is acknowledged by the BoD you are talking praying for survival time. Hodge- you can capitalise specific development costs , you can't capitalise internally generated brands , goodwill or customer d/b . There just isn't a double entry available mate . The technical Q is when the projects actually start because they won't be amortising the development costs until that date . Thus the P&L fiddle .

I think I agree with you , I was just responding to a question and challenging the zzzzz poster. I left practice 5 years ago mate after 10 years with a big 4. Not my area of expertise, granted; but I do know the difference between research and development when it comes to intangibles.
