Havealot - it's easy (ish) to capitalise the acquisition, as you have a fair market valuation for what you are buying, and consideration in the form of cash or shares etc to make the purchase . I.e . The IP , the brand , the reputation, the customers . You can't capitalise these intangibles if they are internally generated . That said , you need to be careful that the auditors don't impair the asset , if it doesn't generate the profit you would expect . That would hit the balance sheet .

Yes . It is allowable, but a known area where companies can manipulate profit . The advent of the software age means that financial auditors are all too easy to fool when they are attempting to quantify / test the future economic benefit from projects. It's like the stock of old .

The amount of people that don't understand standard intraday auction times is staggering . Comedy investors central here .

In 10 minutes of research there are more red flags here than any company I have seen before. Get out while you can .

IT WENT UP BECAUSE THEY RELEASED AN RNS STATING 14000 UNITS SOLD. (AND FAILED TO MENTION THEY WERE AT COST). NEGLIGENT.

They are basically shipping 14,000 units at cost, so tiny margin and getting £60k in. hardly worth an RNS.

but.... they are so far behind in terms of brand awareness and product. They are targeting a small area , which others are more equipped to support / sell to and have much more firepower .
