Maybe doubling up on a 1% price drop isn't the greatest of ideas but I think I'd be relaxed with it as a long term investment which will drift up in it's own time after suffering from what I am assuming to be profit-taking today. From here, I will leave my shares to accumulate probably looking to take a small slice out when it gets to 480p - which I don't expect to happen this year.

But I'm viewing this as a long term holding and selling down as a proxy-dividend.

Do we know when their last notification was? It could be that this was the point when they passed 5.0% in the other direction.

Nothing much to add that hasn't already been done on the investor meeting yesterday. That nagging doubt that we were drifting to oblivion through dilution has assuaged and I can now look more optimistically that the price will start to reflect some of the value that the company holds. The upcoming note from Fox Davies will also provide a few insights that will help me refine my own valuation models.

I did note that dilution through the listing could be mitigated by a reduced funding request but did have a few questions on the immediate financing needs. Among these the loan notes still have to be repaid and there are still outstanding payments due on the licences they have acquired.

Does anyone know what financing there are looking for in the near future?

MT, I was merely pointing out that you were flagging the company as a strong buy - at 70p - little more than 48 hours ago, yet now you have it marked to "drift" down back to 50p through lack of certainty. This lack of uncertainty came across as a surfeit of certainty from the budget speech.

At the same time you dismiss the numbers provided by other posters suggesting the stock is trading well below its true value without so much as an argument against those assessments - a pseudo-Trumpian approach to label inconvenient facts as being lies.

If you have a strong case to make for the price being 50p, by all means do it. But inventing supposed sellers in an attempt to push small time holders into selling at prices they should not just so that you can buy in again cheaply has to be highlighted for the vile scam that it is.

Yes, there will be a discount to reflect the ability of funds to turn value into cash and this is likely to be substantial. After that you have a discount to reflect the running costs of the business - one of the reasons why the carve-out of GNIP got the thumbs up from me. The governance issue is hidden in that second point where executives are awarded shares without any shareholder consent.

At this price it's a bit of a no-brainer to reinvest dividends. Price is simply following interest rates but close to 11% dividend yield makes you money even outside of a cosy little tax wrapper.

Simon T has got round to a write up for TEK after his holiday. SALT is a "hold", TEK is a "buy".

There's the usually >60% discount to NAV argument which we all know. Doesn't seem to be aware that this discount is all about weak governance.

Didn't see anything in the budget for taxing on-line retail. Quite disappointing really.

As to whether the results are good enough to support the current price, I'm fairly relaxed. The share is a long term hold so I am happy to ride out temporary dips knowing that the direction of travel is up.

That feels like a question for people with a much longer time horizon than I have in this stock. I think SQZ can also adapt to plans for future tax increases that far down the line.

I didn't quite see where your price prediction was, DU. But I will speculate that it is multiples of the current SP.

Shares to be converted from 1p to 2p nominal (2 for 1 exchange). Apparently this is one of the issues they had for the ASX listing.

Probably worth adding that no-one is getting rich from their trades today.

Probably dangerous to read anything more into the price moves as a placing of bets. If there is some trading on inside information that news will be clearer later today

Didn't see any comments here about the LTIP awards here? Does £1m of share awards not seem a little excessive for a company of this size?
