gas to liquid form needs to be done by a proccess called liquifaction cooling of the gas to -160 degrees, AM doesnt have such topsides equipment or is even designed to hold such cold liquids, it would require an lng vessel to perform the operation & having another vessel sat either alongside or on the rear off loading area would 1, be costly to the amount of savings to be acheived & 2, impossible 24/7 due to weather constraints in the field especially over winter months. AM does have WI & Gas reinjection capability, but again no subsea infrastructure to perform these tasks.

AM isnt equipped for FGR, if she was it would be of no use as she isnt hooked up to the West Of Shetland Pipeline & also doesnt have the infrastructure susbea for gas recovered from flare headers for reinjection into the reservoir, so it would make no difference even if she had FGR, the gas has no where to be shifted too.

Why any BoD member in the last 12 months have NOT purchased any holdings within Hur, now why would that be the case do you presume ? Do they also lack confidence in thier own inabilities to make good judgement calls ?

3 to 1 recovery ratio is correct, the company need to make a quick decision on maintaining the wellhead pressure either by gas reinjection or by water injection because AM is equipped topsides for these according to BW data sheets & time out here is weather dependant & the sourcing of equipment lead times. the well head pressure will continue to decline if nothing is done to alleiviate the current situation, not sure much can be done with a gas tie in to the WOSP because she cannot recup gas that gets flared as part of the production process, ie flare gas recovery compression

Teekay shuttle tankers circa 500mbd ( 500 000 barrels ) not exact as depends on tanker arrival time & what production is held in the AM cargo tanks at the time of offload.

and you who has not been involved in decommissioning an offshore installation ever ? Should have been on the one i did in 2001, bollx too
