Since the beginning of the year 2020, crude oil prices have slumped dramatically. Consumer demand declined following fears of a continued spread of the coronavirus pandemic and its impact on the economy, which in turn led to a disagreement between two of the largest oil producers, Russia and Saudi Arabia in early March. As of June 29th, the OPEC basket stood at 37.34 U.S. dollars per barrel, compared to 41.71 U.S. dollars for Brent oil and 39.7 U.S. dollars for WTI oil.
Bilateral talks between global oil producers ended in agreement on April 13th, with promises to cut petroleum output and hopes rising that these might help stabilize the oil price in the coming weeks. However, with storage facilities and oil tankers quickly filling up, fears grew particularly in the United States over what to do with excess oil, leading to the WTI benchmark falling into negative prices for the first time in history on April 20th. The following day, Brent prices also recorded a first, tumbling below 20 U.S. dollars barrel.

Brent price isnt relevant to Hur share price .................. yet, not until most of the issues are ironed out & confidence in Hur returns, the last thing Hur needs is a second C19 wave
