HH, I have taken a pasting across my portfolio ATM and struggling to find optimism ATM. The reports back that they are going to miss the deadline and have to delist regardless if we come back again is not good for me. I have them in a nominee account ATM in an ISA and I will be required to move them to a market maker account or pay for a share certificate. The reason I bought TGL was because it was high risk and possible high reward hence putting in an ISA. I have held firm in TGL right up to suspension because of Stanhill and IK, trying the method of following the money, as you point out there is some solid holdings by key individuals. This is the glimber of hope here, but for these guys they could wipe this out and not miss it or as others says use it as a tax loss, I can't. Could it be they bought into on speculation that they would be able to use it for CQC or somthing else but then have found TGL was a lot more complicated shell than they anticipated and now it is being written off. If they ditch TGL and relaunch us as GOS systems as they said then the whole TGL exercise to save money on listing will have been wasted. Now GOS will have to stand on it own feet and cover listing costs for which we may not be big enough for or making enough money. I am an optermist at heart but the last few months where CEO's of companies I own have just not delivered it is hard to be optimistic about what has transpired here. Not say I don't want to hear rosier outlooks than mine!

With Lucara up 30% today to an $800 MCAP (hardly surprising given the news they have just rattled out) that is approx £120m additional MCAP today. Makes our £10m current MCAP look pretty attractive whatever the news when we come out of suspension (providing we do come out....) If PM still does what some of us hope then his end of year target still look safe to me and possibly conservative.

On a more possitive note GB442 came up with this interview on Ilyas Khan. Was it not for his heavy investment in TGL I would have written my investment off pretty soon after the suspension. I just don't see why someone of IK knowledge and integrity would have the investment they have if there was not a possitive future for our investment. In the bleak winter with the rest of my portfolio cratering it would be nice if TGL gave us a boost.

Wow MR TGL deramping now, could be an interesting few weeks, I suspect those that were involved in the placing at 0.4 and 0.6 had to do more due diligence than the plethora of derampers plaguing us ATM.

Buzzbomb, are you posting on the right thread? This is freely traded in an ISA's or anywhere. As familyguy says change your broker if you are being told otherwise.

I am convinced there is a story building behind the scenes here. I think those placing shares will be held tightly for a while given IK has been adding himself recently also. I get the feeling this last dip is the traditional last plunge to shake weak PI and let the pros take a position IMHO. This is clearly on the risky end of the spectrum given the current information available but the rewards could be very high if things come together. If revenue is growing and we are keeping existing client and gaining new ones 2.5m MCAP does seem that there is some scope to increase.

Yes looks like they raised the offer so they can hide some of the buys, I just bought another 200k at 0.47p, managed to sneak an early doors one at 0.43p having waited the last few weeks for another opertunity.

The fact you are talking about 100M barrels taking 8-13 months make me very doubtful you know what you are talking about also. The fact you even believe the current move in oil price is down to supply and demand makes me doubt you even further. Good luck with your short, I hope you get burned trying to get that extra penny, I suspect you should have closed it at 10p like many others.

My understanding is the Saudi's have already increased production in recent years. There are some that claim the Saudi's by doing this have already put their oil fields in danger. Increasing production further could lead to a situation where they damage the fields long term production for short term gain. There are so many angles to this story, they can't print oil.
