HH did you log into the conference call. Were you able to extract anything more positive from it. Were we told the whole picture? There has been such a range of report from different private calls people have had it is hard to know where this is going after last weeks feedback.

Not sure if HH will give us an update and perhaps more possitive take on things but it was a pretty underwhelming conference call after 18 months of being delisted. Had much higher hopes and still all a title confused by the core messages that came out of the meeting basically they are at breakeven ATM but in order to implement plans they will need to fund raise (not sure who will given the sales pitch today...) and this fund raising will be outside of the market which still looks years away. The whole meteting was about GOS so it appears we are a one trick pony. They openly admitted they knew nothing about the prospects of CQC which we invested in but it is the future like the intervener was 20 years ago. I thought the news of CQC product we had licence to sell from the beginning of the year would be delivering somthing by now, not a mention. All very confusing, are they looking to disinfranchise the current share holders and bore them into selling their share cheap before moving on. Who knows.

That's reassuring as the holding page was a little worrying. Let's hope Wednesday gives us some Christmas cheer.

I am with Barclays and have not received my certicates yet, anyone else with them and have received them? The update suggested all should be with us by end Nov and we have a shareholders still to be announced in the next 10 days.

Hi Smidsy, Thanks for update, not looking very promising, would have thought we would be fairly profitable ATM and capable of servicing what was not too large a debt. Amazing when ever I have backed out of an investment for fear of banks pulling the rug forbearance is granted, when I hold rug pulled the second trouble is around. 6 months grace was all that was needed when oil was in the $30. Hey ho just hope Brad is not prospering ATM and having as tough a time as many of his investors.

So good news we will receives new shares that have not been diluted since delisting. We will have a cleaned up company that will enhance the value of our holdings if GOS can grow to a stage where it can be listed. Should know quite a bit more before Christmas.

Thanks Chessy, all sounds good although sounds like 2017 is back off for listing. Would be nice to get things going again, however the main thing is we are still in the game and their is hope for good returns over the longer term.

Does anyone know anymore, is there any hope of salvaging anything at all? Any news on Brad? My fear is he will reappear and possibly even with our assets....

Thank you foolsgold, very reassuring, I have not built a relationship with Trevor as I suspected this is one that just needs time and I have a bigger delisted investment that is taking up my main focus. Again time should be a good healer on that one also.

Hi Sons of Gwalia, have you spoken to Trevor recently, I don't think anyone has received their share certificates yet just wondering if things are progressing. Would be interested if anyone has spoken directly to the company recently?

Hi HH, yes and once I thought about it those accounts gave no insight into GOS and now Inelicrypt. As with all accounts those would be created with the interest of the the group as a whole considered. It would be good to get an update from the company giving us a clearer understanding on how things stand, so long as things are progressing and growing I suspect few will be that worried we are of the fickle AIM market ATM.

I dont think many people keep their Linkden up to date. Companies house registered directors in the link I posted is the truest reflection of current positions.

Ah good point re Franz, yes I was wondering if it is not a clear picture of what is going on with GOS gong accross to ITS.

Someone on ADVFN has just posted TGL recently published accounts. https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/09293520/filing-history Makes pretty depressing reading. Also Franz has stepped down as a director. Where do we go from here? A market CAP of £4m now looking very generous. Campo take on things looks more in line with things than Sons of Gwalia's. What is the number people use to get Trevor Wells on.

Hi Smidsy, sorry for throwing the grenade and then disappearing (on holiday). Thanks for your research. Looks like little with be left for the shareholders from the sale, but like you say it is all a bit confusing like the final RNS where it is one property being sold. Maybe the remnants will be turned into somthing new and viable. It may be worth getting clarification from the receivers on this?

Anyone heard anymore on these? Anyone going to Canada for there hols could be worth tracking the slippery Brad down and see how things are going for him. I suspect considerably better than his share holders that he led on right to the last few weeks.

Thanks for the Link, interesting and encouraging. We have to hope the CQC product is a winner, if it is this could be what we all hoped for. Will feel happy when we get our new shares and hopefully a positive update to give us somthing to hang on while the business grows to being ready for the market.

That linked job is a product development role taking from initial design to production using our chosen manufacturer. So maybe this new product being rolled out needs bespoke hardware? The new MD may have been chosen due to a shift in product focus Selling hardware seems a good direction to me, certainly if it increases the sales of the software side of the business.
