Hi Clever sheep and others, thank you for your responses, thought it was worth throwing in my contribution and reasuring to hear the responses given. I am certain PM cares about the position we have found ourself in and I am sure like any of us will be finding it a tough time ATM. He has however taken the time to reply to my emails over the last weeks and months which has been reassuring, I built a small email history with him during the good times. I am looking forward to meeting people at the end of the month and let's hope we finally get some good news to talk about.

Hi Guys, I am not sure what the group action can or will achieve. My take on the current situation is that (certainly if Lemphane is lost as threatened by the article) PRG is valueless ATM. We have nothing, no assets and a small debt. Now my view is that the only value we have in this company is PM and the team. It is not as if (as is often the case on aim) we have a managment team with minimal skin in the game looking to run a company down the drain for it assets to be picked up by friends for nothing. We have a CEO with considerable interest in the sucess of PRG, however there must come a point if shareholders become too troublesome for that holding to look like a price worth paying for a simpler life. Afterall if PM is able to secure Mothae and Lemphane at this point in time it is likely to be at a huge discount to what was being considered in the summer, it may on balance be an easier route for him. So my view is we should support PM to deliver not try and drive a wedge between himself and the small PI's. I may be wrong but I see little point in fighting this and only wait in hope PM delivers by his words when he took over. Dispite his lack of sucess all the signs are is he has done what he has in our best interest in a very difficult market. PRG was my largest holding and the core to a devastated portfolio so I say this with a significant interest in its sucess.

Hi Guys, I would recommend that you write to the company email address marked for the attention of PM, this is what I did last summer. You have to remember the team are feeling a lot of pressure and how you correspond will have an impact on the likeliness of a reply. As suspected PM is not letting guys like me know solid information while keeping it from everyone else. The gist is he is doing all he can and is confident of a good result. If he does secure solid funding in this environment its purchasing power is massively stronger now than 2014 so if we get through this it could be the perfect time to be deploying capital.

Does not seem any horrors that I can pick up on in that. Anyone else had a chance to look through it with a critical eye? Looks to me like the main short term risks is the markets are not very receptive to the new admission or the the underlying business of GOS is not as solid as we were led to believe. The main things is they are doing what they said they would do from information gleaned from investor contact, which is reasuring.

Johnny, I think there are a lot of us in a similar boat. A lot needs to go right for me to pull out of the whole I am in, but none of it is on margin just saving down the drain. If PM achieves what we are all hoping for a 2 year time frame could easily see another zero to our current frozen holdings. Risk reward is still there.

K168, thanks I will look out for it, it does seem odd how so times it just won't pull up PRG info when I search for it.

I post as Mark10101 on ADVFN thread, I have struggled to get onto this thread recently at times, not worked out why but will post as I follow you guys here. There are some good guys on ADVFN and I have spoken to the more rational guys on the phone, several of them keep in contact with PM (sparingly) either by text messaging or emailing. We try and pool information so we have the best picture and limit wasting PM's time. All seems a nightmare ATM and so frustrating we are here but I genuingly have not given up on PM's visions, like discussed below PM's early interviews just firmed up my confidence in his arrival. I even played his August 2014 video to my wife when we delisted to help justify my position and potential large loss. In emails with PM (which I know others have had) he has laid down his reason for why we are where we are and as you would hope early investor shareholder value is one of them. Here's to a better week as the rest of my portfolio is in no better state than PRG... From October last year I have potential gone from a solid well balance portfolio to an utter mess with PRG and another holding delisted over the last few months. Both of which I expect to come back and deliver but it does not stop me from feeling in a pretty tricky spot. Let's hope for a turn around in the coming weeks but the rest of the market looks on the verge of another flash crash, let's hope it gets it out the way and we can move on.

K168 it is hard to know what to share, but there is so much negativity on most boards (understandably after that article) I felt worth sharing, I have always found it very reasuring that PM responds quickly when he can (sometimes as little as 15 mins). It has been clear for a while PM faces a lot of headwinds almost to the point where I believe there are quite a few ruffled feathers in the city that actively want PM to fail. I know he will be feeling the stress we all are in this situation and my belief is we need to support him and back him until the end. Some are calling for court cases when all the evidence points towards PM doing all he can to protect our value in a terrible investment climate. Like Johny said it is quite possible PM has saved us a lot by not allowing us to sell and put into some other aim disaster. I genuingly believe if PM gets us through this phase he wants to rise above the AIM cesspit which is why it is possible that we will relist elsewhere. I do not rest easy regarding our current position but I am an optimist and why I take the time to comunicate with PM directly. Next week definately seems to hold a lot of potential for news, let's hope it is good. If all goes wrong and the article is correct the value of our holding is PM, if we have the finacing in the bank then there has to be investment opertunities out there in the coming months.

Hi Johny, applogies for typos in last post, trouble with have children around when trying to post... Yes all are crossed and should things come good with minimal dilution and we get into production I suspect a lot of people with be writing very differently regarding PM. It still feels a bit strange we are in this position given PMs background, ability and contacts but it just shows how hard things get when the markets turn against you. We must find out more next week so let's hope things start falling into place.

Guys, I normally post on ADVFN. I have a decent holding like many who are posting in concern arm. I have been in contact with PM through a lot of this time. Mostly he replies very quickly and gives as much information as he can. Since my first email after suspension he has been awaiting the finance stated in the article with more to follow. It sounds like an excellent deal should it come off but with the markets as they are moving money is terribly difficult. My undertanding was as of Tuesday last week the Money was still to arrive but PM was being told it was imminent, however this was the case in December also. PM has remained confidence in our backers so hopefully the money did arrive last week and ready to be transfers to Lesotho. I do know also that PM was in Lesotho to meet with the minister the week before last so would tie in with the letter being received and discussed in person. I wrote to PM regarding the article when it came out and have yet to receive a reply, however my emails last Tuesday were answered promptly and in good spirit where he cover a more general monetary question I had. I am far from happy or comfortable how this has turned out so far but I do believe PM has always acted in the best interest of himself as a large shareholder and us smaller guys. Who knows how this will pan out and what the next steps will be but I suspect if we can get the money to Lesotho in the next few days, if not already there, the minister will find it very hard to find anyone as funded and committed to these two projects as PRG is. If not PM will have to decide if he wants to continue with Lesotho and whether he's take the hard negotiated funding to some of the deeply depressed Ming assets out there. I still back Pm to did us out of this mess but I feel the stress and worry as everyone does.

I am not sure how this all ties together, has anyone spoken to the company directly recently? I spoke with them late last year and all seemed to be implied things will all come together with TGL's major shareholders interests in alignment with us smaller guys which I found reasuring. It was Waseem I spoke with, someone corrected me on ADVFN. I will still have my worries until we are back in action and we know the full details of how things transpire. If they can pull it off and cleanse GOS with a new fresh listing it will be worth the wait. Until then it is still uncertain times.

Well I just got off the phone to one of Trevor's colleagues (Naseem) and had a good conversation. There is no change to the current general understanding that they are trying to clean up GOS so it can be re-domiciled to the UK and listed as its own entity. It was hinted in this format and in this climate it could be well received by the market (that is all our hopes and why we invested here). Lots of rule changes have been made since TGL made its aquisitions of GOS which are having to be worked on to achieve relisiting end of the year early next year. I asked about the ISA situation and he believed we will be able to keep them in an ISA even if there is a period early next year after delisting and then relisting. He believed there were ways to work round this, I asked him to call back with further information if possible. I asked if they had seen the Insider Survailance article, he had not but he understood there is some hard felling out there regarding GOS and TGl so it could be as some of us suspected a spoiler article done in revenge for somthing. All speculation on my part that bit... he is going to look into the article and again feed back to me if possible. I covered Trevor's involvement with Mercer resources and my fears we could go the same way and he said it was a very different story there and did not have anything like GOS with which to work with regarding relisting. We also covered my key reason for investing here and he said we have large shareholders with interests very much aligned with us PI's. It is the main reasurance I have had during this period and he covered it without prompting. Overall he was professional and helpful, not awkward on the phone which I took as a good sign if this was to go the way some are predicting. We are in AIM so who knows how this will pan out but I do take reasurance from my call and covered my main concerns. Let's hope this turns into the sucess we hope for GOS and its shareholders.

I am still hopeful of a good outcome here mainly for the reasons you state, fingers crossed this does not go the same way.

Given the delays we look to be heading the same way, although in our favour we have what I have always believed to be a good company (from limited information available), although the recent insider intelligence started to sow some doubts. May just be starting to panic a bit given other pressures on my portfolio but even the information offered by the company is not that reasuring.

Hi HH, that is interesting, so there could be some quick options. Have you spoken to TGL directly? Would be interesting to get your take on a conversation with them, you would probably ask the right questions. I called on Friday and Trevor was busy and one of his colleagues said they would call back later in the day. My mobile signal is terrible ATM and that may be the reason I never heard back. I did not have many specific question but was just looking for reasurance another one of my AIM holdings was about to go sour.
