Yes sadly the window is closing on distressed asset purchase that we all thought we are on the positive end of, some people may be looking at this as ripe for the picking. If Brad had Even done half of what we expected or should have done we would be emerging out the other side with oil on the rise and a more positive future to look forward to.

Anyone tried contacting Brad, I seemed we continue to be trading on TSX so a good sign that we were not suspended but where is the news?

We appear to be still trading ATM so that is a good sign, I guessing it is going to the wire tonight.

Hi Smidsy, fingers crossed we can salvage somthing, I will only every get a fraction back but stuck at it as up until recently felt that Brad had a good handle on costs and our financial position. What meeting is it? I only saw the bit about repaying debt by April 14, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. MST, it is 11am MST ATM.

Would be nice to know if they made it or not. I can only guess they have a genuine deal on the table and the lender see the merit in letting it conclude.

Anyone had a chance to read through the documents or spoken to Brad. TSX is trading steady so it looks like if the refinancing happens we will return at $0.01 equivalent, with the new consolidated price of $0.2and a MCAP of $12m. So no scope for a 20 fold rise to get back to my entry but possibly 2-3 fold rise.

Well, looks like you and me Smidsy, no reaction on TSX so it can't be the 93% dilution option from here and can only mean that if the deal goes through we will be at 0.01 equivalent post consolidation or higher, so better than when we left AIM. Could do a CAZA post deal and multibag, would mean nothing to my orginal holding that has a long way to go to be recovered.

Lots to digest on Sedar. If I have read it correctly we are giving the company to the creditor. 93% of share capital to them. Also turns out Brad is not with us on this one, only has 1% of the company as of delisting, a lot less than some believed.... If there is a possitive, again if I have interpreted it correctly, the conversion will be done at $0.1. The element of doubt is this could be after the 20:1 consolidation.... To my question 'what would you expect the annual saving to be by de-listing from AIM' Brad replied as follows. Normally I would consider it unethical to copy his reply word for word but, for UK investors, today's news is transformative and what he says may help some to make a decision. Hi xxxxxx, A year ago, the AIM fees were not overly burdensome; however, with the Canadian dollar plummeting and UK fees increasing (along with AIM becoming a more taxing and non-commercially-minded regulator), we went from a nominal CDN$50k/year to now approx. CDN$150k/year, which is an order of magnitude greater than the fees in Canada – literally 10x greater in the UK. It’s one of the hardest decisions I’ve had to make in this environment of hard decisions. I’m completely aware of the huge support we have in the UK and I’m sure many will take this as a slap in the face. I do hope that some will see it less emotionally as a way to cut out a major cost and try to ensure there is a light at the end of this long, dark tunnel. Yes pointless panicking. I think the volume of the last few weeks is someone hoovering them up so they get the 75% vote through. Get them on the TSX exchange then announce funding/acquisitions. I suspect they see value at the 0.6m MCAP and will continue to soak up the sells. They would have suspended us if they did not want our shares.

Hi HH, Sorry for slow reply only just spotted your post. Yes I saw Ray's feedback, very helpful. Just wondering if others were there as always good to get a few opinions. Thanks for your take on things, pretty much how I see things ATM. Let's hope business surpasses expectation. They have an iminent trade show let's hope it goes well.

As far as I was aware the meeting was open to all share holders, it as a very mixed and varied group of share holders that went yesterday, the common theme for them all was they made the effort to attend. I drove a long way, someone even flew from abroad. Also it was made very clear that PM would be very happy to meet again as groups or even individually in London. Make contact with the company if you would like to hear more.

Hedgehog or anyone did you go to the meeting? I have seen interesting feedback on ADVFN but always God to get other views.
